제1도는 상대적으로 고주파 성분을 갖는 직류교류 변환된 신호를 저항 가열소자에 공급 가능하게 하는 본발명에 따른 대표적 전기회로의 블록도, 제2도는 전기-용접가능한 연결 이음매를 사용하여 가열가소성 물질로 만들어진 파이프를 용접하여 연결한 본발명이 적용된 도면이고, 제3도는 열-수측 물질로 만들어진 전자-가열 도금 외곽에 의해 금속 파이프 절연에 사용된 본발명이 다르게 적용된 도면이다.
Claims (8)
- 저항 가열소자에 전류를 공급하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 방법은: 단일 방향 전류를 얻기위해 교류에 의해 공급된 교류를 정류, 한개 직류와 다른 고주파 교류의 두개중첩 전류 성분으로 구성되는 처리된 전류를 상기 저항소자에 공급하도록 상기 단일 방향전류를 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저항 가열소자에 전류를 공급하는 방법.
- 저항소자를 전류를 공급하는 회로에 있어서 상기 회로는 : 교류전원, 단일방향 전류에 상기 교류 정류하도록 상기 교류 전원에 연결된 전류 정류기, 하나는 교류이고 다른 하나는 고주파 교류인 두개 중첩된 성분을 갖는 전류를 상기 저항소자에 공급하도록 상기 전류 정류기에 연결된 직류 교류 변환기로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 저항소자에 전류를 공급하는 회로.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 직류교류 변환기는 : 단일 방향 전도 전압 레귤레이터를 형성하는 스위칭소자, 상기 스위칭 소자의 제1단자에 연결된 제2단자 및 상기 회로의 접지선에 연결된 제1단자를 갖는 전철 저항, 애노드가 상기 스위칭 소자의 제2단자에 연결되고 캐소드가 상기 회로의 전원선을 통해 상기 저항소자에 연결된 다이오드, 상기 다이오드의 애노드와 스위칭 소자의 상기 제2단자 사이에 연결된 제1단자와 상기 저항소자에 연결된 제2단자를 갖고 상기 스위칭 소자의 스위칭 주파수 함수로서 상기 저항소자에 공급된 전류의 크기를 변환시키는 유도코일, 및 상기 스위칭 소자를 제어하는 제어수단으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 저항소자에 전류를 공급하는 회로.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 스위칭 소자는 트랜지스터인 것을 특징으로 하는 저항소자에 전류를 공급하는 회로.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전류 정류기와 상기 직류 교류 변환기 사이의 콘덴서는 상기 직류 교류 변환기에 공급된 전류를 안정되게 하기 위하여 회로의 상기 전원선과 상기 접지선사이에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 저항소자에 전류를 공급하는 회로.
- 제2항에 따라서, 상기 직류교류 변환기에 의해 상기 저항소자에 공급된 전압은 실질적으로 10과 110볼트 사이이고 바람직하게는 10과 50볼트 사이이고 상기 저항소자의 공급된 전류의 상기 교류 고주파 소자의 주파수는 실질적으로 1과 100kHz사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 저항소자에 전류를 공급하는 회로.
- 제2부재의 표면에 실질적으로 인접한 표면을 갖는 제1부재 내에 위치한 저항소자에 전류를 공급하는 장치에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2부재는 소정의 온도에서 상기 표면 주위에 서로 접속되는 것으로 상기 장치는 교류전원, 상기 교류를 단일방향 전류로 정류하도록 상기 교류 전원에 연결된 전류 정류기, 상기 소정의 접합 온도로 상기 저항소자를 가열할 목적으로 하나는 직류고 다른 하나는 고주파교류인 두개 중첩성분을 갖는 전류를 상기 저항 소자에 공급하기 위해 상기 전류 정류기에 연결된 직류교류 변환기로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 저항소자에 전류를 공급하는 장치.
- 제2부재의 내부 표면에 실질적으로 근접한 내부 표면을 갖는 제1부재내에 위치한 저항소자에 전류를 공급하는 장치에 있어서, 가열가소성 절연물질의 상기 제1 및 제2부재는 소정 용접 온도에서 상기 표면을 용접하여 결합될 것이고,상기 저항 소자는 상기 인접표면에 근접한 상기 제1부재의 내부 영역에 위치하고, 상기 장치는 : 교류 전원, 단일방향으로 상기 교류를 정류하도록 상기 교류전원에 연결된 전류 정류기, 더 낮은 온도에서 상기 내부 인접표면과 반대의 상기 부재의 외부부분을 남겨두는 반면에 상기 내부 인접표면의 부근에서 상기 용접온도로 상기 부재 물질을 가열할 목적으로 하나의 직류와 다른 하나의 고주파 교류의 두개 중첩성분을 갖는 전기를 상기 저항 소자에 공급하기 위해 상기 정류기에 연결된 직류교류 변환기로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 저항소자에 전류를 공급하는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
