영상기기의 전원 전압일 도통되면 OSD용 어드레스와 데이터는 리세트 상태가 되어 초기 지정된 어드레스 및 초기 데이터를 세트시키고 또한 어드레스 쉬프트 키의 데이터를 리세트 하는 제1과정; 상기 제1과정을 이행하고 나서 어드레스 쉬프트 키 입력이 없는 경우 계속해서 동일하케 OSD 문자를 디스플레이 시켜 디스플레이 오프키 입력 유무를 점검하는 제2과정; 상기 제1과정을 이행하고 나서 어드레스 쉬프트 키 입력이 있을 경우 OSD문자를 소거하고, 어드레스의 행렬 데이터를 증가시킴으로써 OSD 디스플레이 위치를 이동 시킨 후 디스플레이 데이터를 초기 데이터로 리세트 시키고 어드레스 쉬프트 키의 동작수를 1증가시키는 제3과정; 그리고 상기 제3과정을 수행하고 나서 디스플레이 오프 키의 유무를 판단하여 디스플레이 오프키가 입력되었을때 코드를 모두 리세트 시켜 OSD 문자를 소거하고 디스플레이 오프키가 없으면 상기 제2과정부터 다시 수행하는 제4과정으로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 OSD 문자의 위치 이동 방법.A first step of, when the power supply voltage of the video device is turned on, the OSD address and data are in a reset state to set an initially designated address and initial data, and to reset data of an address shift key; A second step of checking whether there is a display off-key input by continuously displaying the same OSD character if there is no address shift key input after performing the first step; After performing the first step, if there is an address shift key input, the OSD character is erased and the OSD display position is moved by increasing the matrix data of the address, and then the display data is reset to initial data and the number of operation of the address shift key is performed.
