Claims (9)
- 동과 루세늄을 함유하는 산화물 및 유리원료를 포함하는 저항재료에 있어서, 산화물은 CaCu3Ru4O12및/또는 LaCu3Ru4O12로부터 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 저항재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 저항재료는 5-90중량%의 산화물과 10-95중량% 유리원료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저항재료.
- 제2항에 있어서, 저항재료는 10-50중량%의 산화물과 50-90중량%의 유리원료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저항재료.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 유리원료는 레드알루모실리게이트-유리원료인 것을 특징으로 하는 저항재료.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 유리원료는 레드알루모보로실리케이트-유리원료인 것을 특징으로 하는 저항재료.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 저항재료는 CaCu3Ru4O12및 레드알루모실리케이트- 또는 레드알루모보로실리케이트-유리원료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저항재료.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 저항재료는 LaCu3Ru4O12및 레드 알루모실리케이트- 또는 레드알루모보로실리케이트-유리원료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저항재료.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 저항재료는 액상의 담체로서 유기매질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저항재료.
- 온도측정을 위한 센서들에서 온도에 의존하는 저항층들의 제조를 위한 제1항 내지 제8항중의 어느 하나의 항에 의한 저항재료의 이용방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
