무기염과 3급아민이 함유된 아미드계 용매에 등몰량의 방향족 디아민과 방향족디에시트클로라이드를 용해시켜서 된 액정예비중합체를 방사블럭의 구금을 통하여 분자중 합촉진침전용매속으로 압출분사시킨 후 권취하여서 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유를 제조하는데 있어서, 액정예비중합체 용액을 방사블럭을 통하여 그 내부에서 2개 이상의 흐름으로 나누어 압출분사시키되 상기 방사블럭의 선단부에 있는 오리피스에서 방사블럭의 내부로 공급되는 분자중합촉진용매와 접촉시키면서 동시에 압출분사시킨후, 이를 권취하여서 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유를 제조하는 방법.The liquid crystal prepolymer obtained by dissolving an equimolar amount of aromatic diamine and aromatic dietite chloride in an amide solvent containing an inorganic salt and a tertiary amine is extruded and sprayed into a medium for promoting polymerization of molecular weight through the formation of a spinning block.
