Claims (15)

  1. (a)거의 선형인 액상의 올레핀계 중간체 또는 C+ 30수소화 윤활유를 제공하기 위해 중간기공의 산 제올라이트 촉매를 사용하여 저급 올레핀을 형-선택성 접촉반응시켜 제조한 탄화수소로 이루어진 것으로 100℃에서의 동점도가 약2-10㎟/S인 다량의 저점도 C+ 20윤활유 범위 액체 ; 그리고 (b)점도가 최소한 약 20이고 점도 지수 증진효과를 지닌 최소한 1종의 폴리(알파-올레핀) 소량으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 향상된 점도 지수를 지닌 윤활유 혼합물.
  2. 제1항에서, 폴리(알파-올레핀)의 분기 비율이 0.19이상, 수평균 분자량 300-30,000, 무게평균 분자량이 300-150,000, 분자량분포가 1.00-5, 점도지수가 130이상 및 유동점이 -15℃이하인 윤활유 혼합물.
  3. 제1항에서, 수소화 폴리(알파-올레핀)이 C6-C201-알켄류에서 선택된 1-알켄류의 수소화 폴리머 또는 코폴리머 잔유물로 이루어진 윤활류 혼합물.
  4. 제1항에서, 폴리알파-올리펜이 폴리데켄으로 이뤄진 윤활유 혼합물.
  5. 제1항에서, 100℃에서의 동점도가 200-1000㎟/S인 폴리알파-올레핀 1-99무게 %가 함유된 윤활유 혼합물.
  6. 제5항에서, 폴리알파-올레핀이 최소한 20㎟/S의 동점도를 지니며 바람직하게 혼합물의 약5-20 무게%를 차지하는 차량용 윤활유 혼합물.
  7. 제1항에서, 수소화 폴리알파-올레핀이 1-알켄올 실리카상에 지지된 환원된 크로룸 산화물 촉매와 접촉시켜 제조된 올리고머화 생성물인 윤활유 혼합물.
  8. 제 반응기 스테이지 중에서 올리고머화 조건하에 저급 올레핀을 산 분해활성을 지닌 중간기공의 형-선택성 실리카질 제올라이트 촉매와 접촉시켜 거의 선형인 올레핀계, 중간-범위 탄화수소를 제조하고; 제1스테이지 유출액의 일부를 제2반응기 스테이지에서 산 촉매와 접촉시켜 100℃에서의 동점도가 약2-6㎟/S인 윤활유-범위 탄화수소 기유를 제조하고; 상기 탄화수소 기유의 최소한 일부를 수소화 시키고; 동점도가 최소한 20㎟/S인 최소한 1종의 다른 윤활유-범위 합성 폴리올레핀과 상기의 기유를 혼합하여 윤활유 조성물을 제조하는 단계로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는, 저급 올레핀을 고온 및 고압하에 올리고머화시켜 윤활유 탄화수소를 제조하는 다-스테이지(multi-stage) 방법.
  9. 제8항에서, 제올라이트 촉매가 실라카/알루미나 몰비가 최소한 12인 알루미노실리케이트 HZSM-5로 이루어져 있으며, 제올라이트 촉매의 표면이 산 중화된 방법.
  10. 제8항에서, 제1스테이지 유출액을 분리시켜 거의 선형인 C+ 10올레핀류가 풍부한 중질유분을 얻고; 이어서 경질유분을 제1스테이지 유출액에서 회수하여 저급 올레핀 공급원료와 함께 재순환 및 전환시키는 단계가 추가로 포함된 방법.
  11. 제8항에서, 촉매의 표면 불활성을 유지하기에 충분한 속도로 구조적으로 장애를 받는 질소질 염기를 저급 올레핀 공급원료에 첨가함으로써 제1스테이지를 하류흐름 고정상 반응기와 직렬로하여 연속적으로 조작하는 방법.
  12. 제8항에서, 2,6-디(t-부틸)-피리딘을 5-1000ppm의 농도를 공급원료에 도입시키고, 제2스테이지 산촉매가 BF3인 방법.
  13. 제11항에서, 촉매를 표면-탈활성화량만큼의 염기로 전처리 하며 촉매에는 탄소질 퇴적물이 거의 없는 방법.
  14. 제11항에서, 양 스테이지에서 HZSM-촉매가 함유되어 있고 양 스테이지를 연속적으로 조작하며; 그리고 제1스테이지의 중질유분 유출액을 스테이지 사이에서 흡착제와 접촉시켜 잔존하는 질소질 염가를 제거하고, 이어서 제2스테이지를 260℃미만의 평균온도, 약 2000kPa이상의 압력 및 1hr-1미만의 무게 시간당 공간속도(WHSV)로 유지시키는 단계가 추가로 포함된 방법.
  15. 제8항에서, 올레핀계 공급액이 C3>/SB-C 4지방족으로 거의 이루어져 있고 ; 탈활성화 처리전의 산 분해값이50-300인 HZSM-5 입자의 고정층으로 촉매가 거의 이루어져 있고; 150-290℃의 온도, 최소한 1500kPa의 압력및 0.1-2hr-1의 무게 시간당 공간속도하에 반응을 진행시키는 방법.
