Claims (1)

  1. 기판(1)위에 진공펌프(2)를 장치하여 전동기(3)로 작동시킬 수 있게한 다음 진공펌프(2)의 흡입관(5)상단에 크리너(7)를 부착하여 그 흡입부(7a)에 탈수기의 탈수관(16)을 접속시키고 크리너(7) 내부에는 종으로 여과판(9)을 설치하여 다수개의 여과공(9a)을 형성시키고 상단부에 개폐식 뚜껑(7′)을 장치하며, 진공펌프(2)의 토출관(6) 상단에는 소음통(10)을 장치하여 유입관(10a) 상단에 소음판(11)을 부착하고 상측배출관(10″) 외측에 송풍안내관(12)을 가설하여 그 외주에 다수개의 송풍공(13)를 뚫어서 이를 수세조에 투입케한 진공탈수 및 수세용 부로어장치.
