본 고안은 본인의 선출원인 실용신안등록출원제 89-12577호의 개량고안인 공작기계 이송테이블 고정장치에 관한것으로서, 공작물가공시 발생되는 횡절삭력등에 의하여 슬리이더테이블이 변형되는 것을 방지하며 작업공간을 확보하여 보다 안정된 작업을 함으로서 제품의 품질을 향상토록 함에 그 목적이 있다.The present invention relates to a machine tool transfer table fixing device which is an improvement plan of Utility Model Registration Application No. 89-12577, which is a prior application of the applicant. 종래의 테이블 고정방법에 있어서는 테이블 상부에 장치되어 있는 유압실린더에 유압을 작용시키면 클램퍼가 상승 하면서 테이블을 고정하도록 하였던바 이는 테이블 상부에 실린더가 직립으로 설치되어 있기 때문에 설치 공간을 많이 차지 하여 테이블 상부에서 스핀들 등의 유니트 조립이 곤란하게 되며 또한 테이블에 피스톤 및 실린더를 조립하기위한 가공이 필요하여 가격상승의 한원인이 되었으며 이를 개량 고안한 것으로 테이블 하단에 고정나사로 고정된 피스톤 외연으로 실린더를 형성하여 실린더 상부에 클램퍼가 조립된 것이 있었으나 이 또한 가공 및 조립이 어렵고 유압에 의한 직접 클림굉 방법을 사용하기 때문에 클림핑이 안정되지 못하는 등 많은 문제점을 야기 시켰던 것이 허다한 현설정 이었다.In the conventional table fixing method, when hydraulic pressure is applied to the hydraulic cylinder installed at the upper part of the table, the clamper rises to fix the table. 공작기계의 이송테이블(1)을 새들(2)에 고정함에 있어서, 상기 이송테이블(1)의 일측하단부에 취부된 유압 실린더(3)의 피스톤(4)과 일체로 작동로드(4a)를 형성하고 상기 작동로드(4a)의 선단 경사면(Ba')에 접동되어 상, 하로 작동되는 클램퍼(5)를 설치하여 실린더의 작동으로 클램퍼(5)가 새들(2)에 밀착되어 테이블(1)을 고정토록 한것으로 미설명 부호 8은 공작기계의 몸체이며, 6a는 전진유압용배관이며, 7a는 후진유압용 배관이고, 9는 칩 차단용 벨로즈 커버이며 10은 실린더 취부용 브라켓트이다.In fixing the conveying table 1 of the machine tool to the saddle 2, an actuating rod 4a is integrally formed with the piston 4 of the hydraulic cylinder 3 mounted at one lower end of the conveying table 1.
