테이프직기용 쟈카드통사의 상, 하 운동장치
제1도는 본 고안이 설치된 상태의 테이프직기 측면 개략도.
제2도는 본 고안의 요부 정면도로서 사용상태 설명도.
제3도는 본 고안의 종단면도.
제4도는 본 고안의 요부 분해 단면도.
본 고안은 테이프직기에 사용되는 쟈카드 통사의 상, 하 운동을 원활하게 하기 위한 테이프직기용 쟈카드 통사의 상, 하 운동장치에 관한 것이다.
종래 패턴카드에 의해 무늬가 형성되는 직기에 있어서는 와이어의 장기간 상, 하 운동으로 인하여 폴리아암 자체의 마모가 생기므로 통사가 원활하게 상, 하 운동을 하지 못하는 결함이 지적되고 있다.
본 고안은 상기와 같은 결함을 해소하기 위하여, 안출한 것으로, 첨부도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
즉, 상, 하 통사(1), (2)가 걸리는 상하, 죠키 풀리(Jockey Pulley)(3), (4) 각각의 내에 베어링(3'), (4')을 축삽하여, 양측 죠키풀리 아암(5), (6) 각각의 걸림돌기(5'), (6')에 상기 상, 하 죠키풀리(3), (4)를 각각 끼워 조립시켜서된 것으로, 도면중 7은 고무줄(8) 걸림돌기, 9, 10은 와이어, 4는 테이프직기, B는 쟈카드, C는 본 고안의 쟈카드 통사의 상, 하 운동장치이다.
이와같이 구성된 본 고안의 작용효과는 다음과 같다.
직기(A)내의 캠(도시생략)에 의해 와이어(9), (10)가 상, 하 운동하게 되고, 이에따라 상하통사(1), (2)가 상, 하 운동하면서 통상의 것과 같이 패턴카드에 의해 조직에 무늬를 형성시키게 되는데, 직기(A)내의 캠에 의해 와이어(9) 및 와이어(10)중 어느것 하나는 고정되고. 다른 와이어가 구동하게 된다.
이와같이 예컨데, 와이어(9)가 고정되고, 와이어(10)가 하강 운동하게 되면 이에따라 와이어(9), (10) 각각에 연결된 통사(2)가 하부 죠키풀리(4)를 약간 회전시키면서, 하강시키게 되므로, 양측 죠키풀리아암(5), (6)도 따라서 하강하게 되고, 쟈카드(B)이 탄발되어 진다.
또한, 와이어(10)가 상승 운동하게 되면, 양측 죠키풀리 아암(5), (6)도 상승하게 되는데, 이와같이 와이어(10)의 상, 하운동에 따라 통사(1)가 상, 하 운동하면서 조직에 무늬를 형성시키게 된다.
이때, 상, 하 죠키풀리(3), (4) 각각 내에 베어링(3'), (4')을 축삽시켰으므로, 통사(1), (2)가 상, 하 죠키풀리(3), (4)를 상, 하 운동시 약간 정, 역 회전하더라도, 풀리(3), (4)가 베어링(3'), (4')에 의해 원활하게 회전되므로, 합성수지제로된 풀리(3), (4)의 마모를 방지하게 되는 것이다.
이상과 같이 본 고안은, 와이어의 상, 하 운동시 죠키풀리의 원활한 회전에 의해 쟈카드 통사의 상, 하 운동을 원활하게 함과 동시에, 죠키풀리의 마모를 방지토록 하는 실용적인 고안이다.

  1. 상, 하통사(1), (2)가 걸리는 상, 하 죠키풀리(3), (4) 각각의 내에 베어링(3'), (4')을 축삽하여 양측 죠키풀리 아암(5), (6) 각각의 걸림돌기(5'), (6')에 상기 상, 하 죠키풀리(3), (4)를 각각 끼워 조립시켜서된 테이프직기용 쟈카드 통사의 상, 하 운동장치.
