본 고안은 광고 간판용 타포린에 관한 것이다. 더 상세히는 직포의 상면 및 하면에 폴리비닐 클로라이디(PVC) 시이트 또는 플라스틱졸(plastisol)을 합한 또는 코팅하여서 된 광고 간판물 타포린에 관한 것이다.
종래, 광고 간판용 소재로는 주로 아크릴판으로 구성되어 있어서 투광효과가 부족하고 인쇄성에 한계가 있으며, 저온에서 쉽게 부러지거나 내후성 및 물리적 강도가 빈약하여 사용수명이 짧은 뿐만 아니라, 특히 태풍등의 심한 바람으로 인해 파손되어 낙하될때 인명에 치명적인 손상을 끼지는 등 여러가지 결점을 갖고 있었다.
본 고안자는 상기 결점을 해소하기 위하여 예의 연구 검토한 결과, PVC시이트에 공지의 광확산제를 첨가하여 적정의 투광효과를 나타내고, 공지의 안료, 자외선 흡수제, 산화방지제등을 첨가하여 내후성을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 또한 내한성 및 인쇄적성이 우수한 PVC 시이트를 사용하며 인장강도, 인열강도 및 칫수안정성을 보강하기 위해 폴리에스테르 또는 나일론 등의 밀도가 균일한 소정의 직포의 상면 및 하면에 합판 또는 코팅하여 타포린을 제조한 바, 상기의 결점을 일소할 수 있음을 발견하고 본 고안을 완성하였다.
이하 첨부된 도면에 의거하여 본 고안을 상세히 설명한다.
고강력의 원사를 사용하여 조직이 균일한 직포(2)의 상, 하 양면에 공지의 광확산제, 안료, 자외선 습수제, 산화방지제가 첨가된 PVC시이트 또는 플라스틱졸 (1), (3)을 합판 또는 코팅하여 부착한 구성으로 한다.
표면(1)은 인쇄적성 및 내부광원을 위해 평활하고, 반투명 또는 투명성의 것이며, 하면(3)은 투명 또는 반투명으로 한다. 대형간판을 위해 본 고안의 타포린를 연결하여 사용하기 위하여는 양면이 모무 투명한 재질을 사용하는 것이 바람직하다.
본 고안에 의해 구성된 타포린은 표면에 스크린인쇄, 색분해 방법등을 이용하여 미려한 색상 및 디자인을 부여할 수 있으며 일반 디자인 시이트를 부착하여 사용할 수 있을 뿐만아니라, 제품 자체가 부셔져서 떨어지는 일이 없으므로 인면손상 및 재산적 손실이 없다. 또한 광투과력이 양호하여 내부광원에 의한 광고효과를 한층 증진시킬수 있다.

  1. 폴리에스테르 또는 나일론등의 직포(2)를 개재시키고 그 양면에 합성수지재 판재를 형성시킨 적층판에 있어서, 합성수지재 판재가 광확산제, 안료, 자외선흡수제, 산화방지제가 첨가된 폴리비닐클로라이드 또는 플라스틱졸인 것으로 구성시킨 광고 간판용 타포린.
