Claims (3)

  1. 기재 물질과 폴리에틸렌 발포 쉬트로 이루어 진 적층체에 있어서, 그 하도 접착제로 비닐아세테이트분 40중량%이상인 에틸렌-비닐아세테이트 코폴리머(E/VA 레진)20-35줄량부, 로진 5-20중량부, 클로로프렌고무라텍스 2-10중량부에 경화 부여제로 하기 구조식(1)의 반복 단위를 갖는 분자량 2,900내지 3,000이하의 디엔-올레핀 공중합체 5-20중량부로 이루어진 접합층을 갖는 폴리에틸렌 발포 쉬트 적층체.

  2. 제1항에 있어서, 기재 물질에는 직물, 부직포, 레자, 종이, 판지, 알루미늄박, 합성수지 필름, 스폰지 쉬트중에서 선택된 1개 또는 2개 이상의 기재 물질로 된 것임을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌 발포 쉬트 적층제.
  3. 기재 물질과 폴리에틸렌 발포 쉬트와의 적층체를 제조하는 건식 적층 방법에 있어서, 하도 접착제로 비닐아세테이트 분 40중량%이상인 에틸렌-비닐아세테이트 코폴리머(E/VA 레진) 20-35중량부,로진 5-20중량부,클로로프렌 고무라텍스 2-10중량부에 경화 부여제로 상기 구조식(Ⅰ)의 반복 단위를 갖는 분자량 2,900내지 3,000이하늬 디엔-오레핀 공중합체 5-20중량부를 톨루엔 15-20중량부에 용해시켜 만든 접착제를 사용하되,기재물질이 메거진 로울(21)에서 풀려 나와 유도로울을 통과하며 접합 대역에서 기재물질(13)은 가압 실린더(22)및 (23)사이로 유도되고, 이들 가압 실린더(22)(및 (23)사이의 닙에서 폴리에틸렌 발포 쉬트(11)와 기재물질(13)이 접합되며, 이에 앞서 전술한 바 있는 본발명 접착제(12)는 접착제통(24)으로부터 원형 파이프 하방에 2열로 이루어진 여러개의 공급구를 갖는 횡형 압출다이(25)를 통해 기재물질(013)위에 공급되며, 압출다이(25)로부터 나온 접착제는 가압 실린더(22)옆면에서 기재물질(13)위에 적하되며 폴리에틸렌 발포 쉬트(11)와 접촉되는 접합지점까지 가는 동안 고르게 퍼진 후 양 적층면 사이에서 결합층을 형성하게 됨을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌 발포 쉬트 적층제의 제조방법.
