제2도는 본 발명에 따른 개폐부를 구비한 고정 장착식 가발의 다른 구체예를 나타낸 것이며, 착용상태에 있어서 가발의 일부를 닫은 상태를 나타낸 개략적 사시도.
제3도는 당해 고정 장착식 가발의 이면쪽으로 부터 본 개략적 사시도.

Claims (6)

  1. 착용자 자신의 모발에 대하여 고정시키기에 적합한 고정장착식 가발이며, 상기 가발이, 닫혀진 환상의 주위에 의하여 제한되는 비교적 큰 개구를 구비하고, 상기 개구 주위의 영역에 있어서, 그 표면에 식모된 모발을 갖는 베이스 부분과, 상기 베이스 부분의 개구를 커버하고, 표면에 식모된 가발 모(毛)를 갖는 커버 부분과, 상기 베이스의 개구를 닫고, 완성된 가발을 형성시키기 위한 상기 베이스 부분에 상기 커버 부분을 계지(係止)시키기 위한 계지 수단으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정 장착식 가발.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 커버 부분이, 베이스 부분으로 부터 완전히 분리되는 것이며, 그리하여, 상기 베이스 부분의 개구가, 닫혀진 환상의 주연에 의하여 제한되어 있는 고정 장착식 가발.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 커버부분이, 베이스 부분의 개구를 제한하는 주연의 윤곽에 일치하는 주연을 가지고 있는 고정 장착식 가발.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 커버 부분의 주연 및 베이스 부분의 개구를 제한하는 주연이, 상기 개구를 닫고, 완성된 가발을 형성시키기 위하여 함께 협동하여 상호 계합(係合)하여 합쳐지는 연결 소자를 각각 구비하고 있는 고정 장착식 가발.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 커버 부분이, 개구를 제한하는 주위 부분에 있어서 베이스 부분에 일체적으로 연결되고, 경첩과 같은 연결 부분을 형성하고, 커버 부분 및 베이스 부분 사이의 상대적 운동에 의하여 상기 베이스 부분의 개구를 개폐 가능하게한 고정 장착식 가발.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 베이스 부분은, 개구를 제한하는 연결 부분에 함께 작용하는 주연을 갖고, 커버 부분은, 상기 베이스 부분의 개구를 부분적으로 제한하는 상기 주연의 윤곽에 일치하는 주연을 갖고, 상기 2개의 주연은, 상기 개구를 닫고, 완성된 가발을 형성시키기 위하여 상호 함께 작용하여 계지 가능하게하는 연결 소자를 구비하고 있는 고정 장착식 가발.
