Claims (1)
- 애노드실린더(1)의 내측에 복수의 애노드베인(2)을 방사상으로 설치하고 상기 애노드실린더(1)의 바깥 둘레측에서 레이저 비인(3)을 조사시켜서 상기 애노드 베인(2)을 용접하는 마그네트론 애노드의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 애노드실린더(1)의 접합해야하는 애노드 베인(2) 단면의 전면적의 20 내지 90%가 비용융부로서 잔류하도록 레이저 용접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네트론 애노드의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
