Claims (1)

  1. 롤링및커팅머신(1)의 포착기구(1a)에 물려있는 칫솔(2)모(2a)의 절단면에 비스듬히 조사되게 조명기구(3)를 설치한 후, 이로부터 입사되는 영상을 씨씨디카메라(4)를 통해 영상디지탈신호변환기(5)에 입력하여 디지탈영상신호로 변환한 다음, 데이타버스(6)를 통해 영상해석장치(7)로 입력하여 상기 칫솔(2)모(2a)의 품질을 판정하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 칫솔모의 외관검사 자동화 시스템.
