본 고안은 자동차, 이륜차, 전자 및 전기기기 부품 또는 가전 제품등의 전구소켓용이나 단말 또는 연결용으로 사용되는 어스단자의 구조를 개량하여 종래와 같이 어스단자를 스폿트 웰딩하여 연결 접속시키는 것이 아니라 조립식으로 형성한 것이어서 보다 간편 신속하게 어스단자를 접속 할 수 있고 작업공정이 극히 간편하여 작업능률이 향상되면서 연결 결속상태가 매우 양호한 전구 소켓용 단자에 관한 것이다.The present invention improves the structure of the earth terminal used for electric bulb sockets, terminals, or connections of automobiles, motorcycles, electronic and electrical equipment parts, and home appliances, and does not connect and connect the earth terminals by spot welding as in the prior art. 종래에 사용되어온 각종 전구소켓에 어스단자를 연결 접속함에 있어서 전구소켓에 어스단자를 아이렛트를 이용하여 고정한다든가 또는 소켓을 코오킹하여 고정을 하였기 때문에 오랫동안 사용하면 어스단자가 흔들거려 접속상태가 불량하여 전기적 접속이 좋지 못하였고 연결작업이 번거로워 불량품이 발생하게 되었으며 또한 소켓과 어스단자를 별도로 각기 도금한 후 소켓의 외측 일면에 어스단자를 스폿트 웰딩하여 연결을 하였기 때문에 스폿트웰딩에 의하여 도금부분이 벗겨져서 녹이 쓸므로 접점 불량이 일어나는 문제점이 있었고 특히 자동차용 전구소켓에 어스단자를 연결 접속함에 있어서는 어스단자가 중앙부에 위치되지 않고 일측으로 노출되어 보호커버금형을 별도로 제작하여야 하였으며 이것 또한 스폿트 웰딩에 의하여 어스단자를 연결 접속하기 때문에 소켓이 녹아 도금이 잘 되지 않았을 뿐 아니라 어스단자를 성형시 자동작업이 되지 않았고 에폭시로 마감하여 누수를 방지하게 되는 등의 복잡한 작업공정으로 인하여 생산능률이 저하 되었으며 구조가 복잡하고 전선길이가 길어지게 되어 제품가격이 상승하게 되는 등의 문제점이 있었다.When connecting the earth terminal to various light bulb sockets that have been used in the past, the earth terminal is fixed to the light bulb socket using eyelets or the socket is fixed by caulking the socket.
