Claims (1)
- 서보모터(41)에 부착된 엔코더 펄스수를 증감하는 업-다운 카운터(5)의 출력을 일정 샘플링 주기마다 마이크로 프로세서(1)가 샘플링하여 현재위치를 읽고, 목표위치와 현재위치에 대한 차이인 위치편차를 계산하며, 마이크로 프로세서(10)가 이 위치편차에 대한 속도명령을 룸(6)내에 저장된 가, 감속 룩-업 테이블에서 읽어 디지탈/아날로그 변환부(2)에 인가하고, 디지탈/아날로그 변환부(2)에서 디지탈 속도명령을 아날로그 속도명령으로 변환하여 서보 콘트롤러부(3)를 통해 상기 속도명령에 따른 구동신호를 직류 모타(41)에 인가하여 서보 모타를 지수함수적으로 가, 감속 구동하는 X-Y 테이블의 위치 제어방법.
