본 고안은 호오스를 장치에 연결하는 연결구에 관한 것으로, 특히, 액체등이 저장된 구조물로부터 유출구를 통해서 액체를 밖으로 유출시킬 때 손쉽게 연결하여 사용할 수 있도록 한 호오스 연결구에 관한 것이다.
종래의 호오스 연결구는 나사부(13)와 걸림턱(1)을 성형하고, 연결구 몸체(3)는 고정너트(6)와 일체로 성형하여 나사부(13)를 구조물(12)의 유출구를 통해 삽입하며, 연결구 몸체(3)에 성형된 나사산(2)을 따라 고정너트(6)를 체결하고 난후 연결구 몸체(3)의 내부에 호오스(10)를 끼워어 사용하였기 때문에 연결구 몸체(3)와 호오스(10)의 결속부의 결속력이 약하여 호오스(10)가 이탈하거나 그로 인해서 유출물이 낭비되는 문제점이 초래되었다.
본 고안은 이러한 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출한 것으로써 이를 첨부된 도면에 의해 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
연결구 몸체(3)내에는 스토퍼(5)를 성형하며 외부의 일측에는 수개의 걸림돌기(4)를 성형하고 타측에는 걸림턱(1) 및 나사산(2)을 성형하여 나사산(2)에는 고정너트(6)가 나합되도록 하고, 커플링(7)의 내면일측에는 호오스 고정턱(8)이 형성되고, 타측에는 고정턱(9)을 형성하여 호오스 요입부(11)와 걸림돌기(4)에 고정될수 있도록 구성한다.
이와같이 구성된 본 고안의 효과를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
연결구 몸체(3)를 구조물(12)의 유출구를 통해 삽입하여 첨부된 도면 제 2 도에서와 같이 연결구 몸체(3)의 나사산(2)에 고정너트(6)를 나합하여 구조물(12)과 결합하여 고정한다.
커플링(7)의 고정턱(9)이 연결구 몸체(3)의 걸림돌기(4)에 고정되도록 커플링(7)을 연결구 몸체(3)와 결합한 후 호오스(10)를 커플링(7) 및 연결구 몸체(3)에 삽입하는데 이때 호오스 요입부(11)가 커플링(7)내의 일측에 형성된 호오스 고정턱(8)에 걸리도록 하며 호오스(10)의 끝부분이 연결구 몸체(3)의 내부에 성형된 스포터(5)에 걸리도록 하여 결합한다.
여기서 도면 제 2 도에서와 같이 호오스(10)와 구조물(12)을 결합하기도 하며 도면 제 3 도에서와 같이 몸체(3)의 타측에도 걸림턱(4)들을 형성하여 호오스(10)와 호오스(10')를 연결하는데 사용될 수도 있다. 따라서 본 고안은 구조물(12) 내부에 있는 액체등을 구조물(12)의 유출구를 통해 밖으로 유출시킬 때 호오스(10)와 구조물(12)의 연결을 간단하게 할수 있고 연결상태가 단단히 하여 호오스의 이탈을 방지할뿐 아니라 액체가 밖으로 세어나와 낭비되는 문제점을 해결할 수 있다.

  1. 걸림돌기(4)가 형성된 몸체(3)를 구조물(12)에 끼우고 고정너트(6)로 고정하는 것에 있어서, 커플링(7)내의 일측에 형성된 고정턱(9)을 몸체(3)에 삽입하여 걸림돌기(4)에 걸리게하고 커플링(7)내의 타측에 형성된 고정턱(8)에는 호오스(10)를 끼워 호오스(10)의 요입부(11)가 끼워지도록 한 호오스 연결구.
