본 고안은 풀로어힌지용 캠과 캠의 고정구조에 관한 것으로 특히 캠축에 형성된 체결돌조가 캠의 축공에 형성한 고정요홈에 삽입 체결되게 한 플로어힌지용 캠축의 구조에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a cam structure for a full-row hinge and a cam cam fixing structure, and more particularly, to a structure of a camshaft for a floor hinge that the fastening protrusion formed in the cam shaft is inserted into the fixing groove formed in the cam shaft hole.

상술한 바와같은 본 고안에 의한 캠축과 캠의 고정구조는 별도 제작되는 캠축(1)과 캠(2)의 가공시 그 결합부인 캠축(1)의 소경부(1')와 캠축공(2')에 상호 대응되는 체결돌조(1a)와 고정요홈(2a)을 각기 일체로 형성하여 그 캠축(1)의 체결돌조(1a)를 캠(2)의 고정요홈(2)에 강데 끼워맞춤으로써 캠축(1)과 캠(2)을 견고하고 확실하게 체결고정할 수 있게 되는 것이므로, 종래와 같은 용착작업을 배제하여 그 생산성을 월등히 향상시킬 수 있게 됨과 아울러 열처리 가공된 캠축(1)과 캠(2)의 조직에 변화요인을 갖지 않게되므로 요구되는 강도를 그대로 유지할 수 있게될 뿐만 아니라, 이들 체결돌조(1a)와 고정요홈(2a)이 가지는 체결구조에 있어서 캠축(1)과 캠(2)의 고정부에 작용되는 힘을 고르게 분산시킬 수 있게 됨으로써 캠ㅂ(2)에 가해지는 외력으로부터 그 고정부 또는 캠(2)의 파손될 우려를 배제하여 캠축(1)과 캠(2)의 사용수명을 연장시킬 수 있게 되는 등의 효과가 있다.As described above, the cam shaft and the cam fixing structure according to the present invention have a small diameter portion 1 'and a camshaft hole 2' of the camshaft 1, which are engaging portions thereof, when the camshaft 1 and the cam 2 are separately manufactured.
