본 고안은 가정이나 숙박업소의 목욕실 문밖의 바닥에 놓아 발에 묻은 물기를 닦기 위한 매트를 제조할 시 사용되는 가열기에 관한 것으로서 일반적으로 상기와 같은 매트는 염화비닐 등으로된 고무질 합성수지 판상에 흡수성 파일로 기모시켜서된 것을 말하는 것으로 이의 제조 방법은 우선 여러 색실을 망판전면에 부착시킨 도안지에 따라 중공된 삽통 바늘로 망판에 끼워넣어 색실 끝단을 망판과 대향된 빗살체에 단면이 도안지의 무늬모양으로 되도록 한 다음 이들 외주면에 종이로 흐트러지지 않게 묶어 필요한 파일과 그 둘레에 수술을 부착한 다음 약 180℃-300℃ 정도로 가열하면 염화 비닐이 가열 경화되어 평판상 파일을 기모한 상태로 매트를 제조하게 되는 것으로서 본 고안은 평판상 파일과 수술을 점착시킨 염화 비닐을 가열 경화시키기 위한 매트 성형용 가열기에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a heater used in the manufacture of a mat for cleaning the moisture on the feet by placing it on the floor outside the bathroom door of a home or lodging.
