Description
본 발명은 내연기관용 엔진오일에 방청제로 사용되는 유동성이 좋은 용성 칼슘 설포네이트의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a process for producing a soluble calcium sulfonate having good fluidity used as a rust inhibitor in engine oils for internal combustion engines.

윤활유용 방청제로서 필요한 성질은 금속에 대한 충분한 흡착성과 오일에 대한 용해성이며 이를 위해 방청제는 강한 극성기와 적당한 진유기(탄화수소기)를 갖고 있어야만 한다. 따라서 유용성 계면활성제 종류에 속하는 것으로 금속 또는 금속산화물과의 상호작용이 큰 것이라야 하며, 일반적으로 사용되는 것을 분자량이 500전후인 합성설폰산의 금속염들이다.The properties required as rust inhibitors for lubricating oils are sufficient adsorption to metals and solubility in oils.
