균열된 구조물을 압밀하기 위한 주입용 그라우트

제1도는 주입능 시험을 수행한 수많은 시멘트의 입자 크기 분포 곡선을 도시한 것이다.
제2도는 주입능 시험을 수행한 두 개의 시멘트 그라우트의 실제적으로 유용한 수명의 다이아그램이다.
제3도는 NF표준 P 18-891에 따르는, 건조 및 습윤 환경하에서의 샌드 컬럼 주입능 곡선을 도시한 것이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 크기가 30μ이상인 입자는 가능한 한 거의 존재하지 않고 감수용 가소제가 첨가된 다음 물과 혼합된 상태(여기서, 시멘트에 대한 물의 중량비는 0.6을 초과하지 않으며 가소제의 비율은 2% 미만일 수 있다)인 미세하게 분쇄된 포트랜드산 시멘트로부터 제조됨을 특징으로 하는, 미세한 균열에 의해 영향을 받는 구조물을 압밀하기 위한 시멘트 성분의 주입용 그라우트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 시멘트 입자의 최대크기가 10내지 12μ인 주입용 그라우트.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 가소제가 폴리나프탈렌, 멜라민 및 리그노설페이트를 포함하는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 주입용 그라우트.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 가소제의 비율이 무수 생성물의 총중량을 기준으로 하여 0.5% 내지 1.6중량%인 주입용 그라우트.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 시멘트에 대한 물의 혼합비율이 많아야 0.40인 주입용 그라우트.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 시멘트가 무수 생성물의 총중량을 기준으로 하여 0.5내지 10중량% 비율의 슬랙, 포졸란, 실리카 또는 수지 등의 2차 성분과 커플링되는 주입용 그라우트.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 그라우트를 사용하여 그 안에 채워질수 있는 균열의 최대 너비가 시멘트 입자의 최대크기의 10내지 15배일 수 있는 주입용 그라우트.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 시멘트가 트리칼슘 알루미네이트 C3A를 많아야 5%함유하는 주입용 그라우트.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 시멘트중의 트리칼슘 알루미네이트 C3A와 테트라칼슘 알루미노페라이트 C4AF의 함량이 2C3A+C4AF가 20%를 초과하지 않도록 존재하는 주입용 그라우트.
  10. 크기가 20μ이상인 모든 입자는 존재하지 않고 감수용 가소제가 첨가된 다음 물과 혼합된 상태(여기서 시멘트에 대한 물의 중량비는 0.6%을 초과하지 않으며 가소제의 비율은 시멘트 양의 2% 미만일 수있다)인 미세하게 분쇄된 포트랜드산 시멘트로부터 제조한 시멘트 그라우트를 외부로부터 너비가 0.2㎜이하인 균열속으로 압력하에 주입함으로써 균열의 틈이 채워지게 함을 특징으로 하여, 콘크리트로 제조되고 미세한 균열에 의해 영향을 받는 구조물을 압밀하는 방법.
