또한, 대한민국 특허공고 89-2036호의 경우와 같이 2종의 공급율이 서로 다른 합성섬유 멀티 필라멘트사를 공기분사노즐에서 분사시켜 상호 교락 처리하여 방적사의 효과를 내는 방법도 나타나 있으나 상기 방법은 방덕사 특유의 외관등의 특성을 충분히 발현시키는데 있어서 부족하다는 단점이 있었고, 또한, 이 방법을 방적사와 멀티 필라멘트사와의 교락 처리에 적용하여 방적사를 오우버피드로 공급할 경우 방적사가 과신장되어 절사 및 분섬사의 발생으로 단사가 발생되거나 유체노즐의 사도가 막히는 등 제사 공정상 문제가 발생하게 되어 부적합 하였다. 본 발명은 이상과 같은 문제점을 해결함으로써, 방적사 특유의 모양을 충분히 살릴 수 있게 함과 동시에 필라멘트사의 풍부한 광태과 유연한 촉감을 만족스럽게 나타낼 수 있는 개량된 복합사를 제조할 수 있는 개량된 제조방법을 제공하도록 하였는바, 첨부도면에 따라 상술하면 다음과 같다.In addition, as in the case of Korean Patent Publication No. 89-2036, there is also shown a method of spraying synthetic fiber multifilament yarns having different feed rates from an air spray nozzle to mutually entangle the yarns to produce the effect of spun yarn.
