Description

인잭션 블로우(INJECTION BLOW)식 성형 용기의 손잡이 동시 성형장치
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 분해 사시도,
제2도의 (가)는 블로우 금형내에 1차 성형물을 삽입시킨 상태의 일측 종단면도,
(나)는 블로우 금형내의 1차 성형물이 공기 주입에 의하여 용기 형상으로 성형된 상태의 일측 종단면도,
(다)는 용기 형상으로 성형된 용기상에 유압실린더의 피스톤이 압착되어 손잡이를 성형하는 상태의 일측 종단면도,
제3도의 (가)는 블로우 금형내의 1차 성형물이 공기 주입에 의하여 용기 형상으로 성형된 상태의 횡단면도,
(나)는 블로우 금형내의 용기에 유압실린더의 피스톤이 압착되어 손잡이를 성형하는 상태의 횡단면도.

Claims (2)

1차 성형물(1)을 블로우 금형(101)내에서 원통형의 용기(2)로 통상과 같이 성형시킨후, 블로우 금형(101)의 좌우측에 부착된 유압 실린더(103)(104)의 가열된 손잡이 금형 피스톤(107(108)을 내측으로 압착시켜 용기(2)의 양측면이 상호 응착되게 하므로써 용기(2)와 일체의 손잡이(3)가 성형되게 하고 용기(2)와 손잡이(3)사이의 응착된 판상의 자재는 절취제거 하므로써 완제의 손잡이를 갖는 용기를 성형하는 인잭션 블로우(INJECTION BLDW)식 성형 용기의 손잡이 동시 성형장치.
제1항에 있어서, 손잡이 금형 피스톤(107(108)을 내측으로 압착시켜 용기(2)의 양측면이 상호 당접되게하여 블로우 금형(10)으로부터 용기(2)를 인출시킨후, 초음파 가열장치를 이용하여 용기(2)와 손잡이(3)의 내주면을 접착하고, 용기(2)와 손잡이(3)사이의 불필요한 판상의 자재를 절취제거 하므로써 완제의 손잡이를 갖는 용기를 얻을 수 있는 인잭션 블로우(INJECTION BLOW)식 성형 용기의 손잡이 동시 성형장치.
