본 고안은 프론트 로우딩 방식의 VTR에 있어 테이프 카세트가 정상적으로 삽입이 되지 않을시에는 하우징내에 테이프 카세트가 삽입되지 못하도록하는 비디오 테이프 레코오더의 테이프 카세트 오삽입 방지 장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 테이프 카세트가 삽입되는 하우징 저면의 전방 소정 위치에 원호상의 슬립면과 괘지돌턱을 갖춘 제동레버를 스프링으로 상향 탄지하여 삽입 통로상으로 돌출되게 축설시키고 테이프 카세트도어에는 제동레버와 대응되는 소정 위치에 제동레버의 괘지돌턱이 통과되는 통공을 구비하여 테이프 카세트가 정상적으로 삽입되면 제동 레버 원호상의 슬립면이 테이프 카세트 저면에 접동하향되어 제동레버가 해제되고, 테이프 카세트가 비 정상적으로 삽입되면 제동레버의 괘지돌턱에 의해 삽입이 되지 않도록 한 비디오 테이프 레코오더의 테이프 카세트 오삽입 방지 장치인 것이다.The present invention relates to a tape cassette misinsertion prevention device of a video tape recorder, which prevents a tape cassette from being inserted into a housing when a tape cassette is not normally inserted in a front loading type VTR.
