본 고안은 주로 디지탈 신호방식의 자기기록 재생장치에 수납하여 사용하는 자기테이프 카트리지의 상부케이스에 고정설치되어 자기테이프의 주행시 재생단부를 감지하여주는 프리즘의 이탈방지장치에 관한것으로서 특히 상부케이스 선단양측에 장착된 프리즘이 자기테이프 카트리지의 사용시나 보관시에 떨어 뜨리거나 던지더라도 프리즘이 항시 제위치에 고정착장작되어 있도록 할 수 있는 자기테이프카트리지의 프리즘 이탈방지장치에 관한 것이다. 일반적으로 디지탈 신호방식의 자기테이프 카트리지는 기록재생장치의 내부에 장진하여 재생할때에 자기테이프의 재생되는 부분과 재생되지 않은 부분을 자기테이프 카트리지의 상부케이스에 고정장착된 프리즘이 카트리지의 측면 광검출용 램프에서 발산시키는 빛을 받아주행하는 테이프쪽으로 확산 반사시켜 빛추어 자기테이프의 재생시에는 테이프의 재생부분 끝단을 감지하는 순간 자기기록재생장치의 감지부가 이를 감지하여 동작을 정지시켜 더이상 자기테이프가 헤드에 권회되어 주행되지 않게하여 주고 녹화시에도 상기와 같은 동작을 하여 재생되지 않은 부분까지 테이프가 주행되지 않도록 하여 주게되는 것이다. 또한 테이프를 고속으로 역주행 시킬때에는 프리즘을 통해서 테이프의 재생시작단부를 감지하여 자기기록 재생장치가 더이상 역회전되지 못하게 정지시켜 다옴 재생동작시 바로 재생부분이 재생되어 질 수 있도록 하여 주는 것이다.The present invention mainly relates to a device for preventing the prism from being detached from the upper case of a magnetic tape cartridge which is stored in a digital recording type magnetic recording / reproducing device, and detects a reproducing end when the magnetic tape is driven. 이상과 같이 자기테이프의 재생부분과 재생되지않은 부분을 정확히 감지하기위해서는 자기테이프이 카트리지 상부케이스 선단 양측에 고정된 프리즘이 항시 일정위치에 고정되어 있어야 하며 고정상태에서는 카트리지의 외부충격에 의해서도 유동이 없어야 하는 것이다. 그러나 종래에는 자기테이프 카트리지의 상부케이스 선단양측에 프리즘을 고정장착시킬때 프리즘을 상부케이스 내측에 부착되는 투명커버와 일체로 하여 장착하는 경우가 있고 또한 별도로 분리형성시켜 삽입고정시킬 수 있게 된것이 있었으나 전자의 경우에는 사출성형시에 수축이나 이물질들의 발생으로 인하여 프리즘이 재기능을 다하지 못하였고 후자의 경우에는 작은 부품인 프리즘을 용접(welding) 고정하기가 매우 복잡하였을뿐아니라 이들은 모두 카트리지 자체를 자기기록재생장치에 장진할때나 보관시 카트리지를 떨어뜨리거나 심하게 다루어 외부에서 외력이 가해지면 프리즘이 떨어 져버리거나 이탈되는 경우가 생겨 프리즘이 정위치에 정확하게 고정장착되지 못하고 이탈되어 버리는 경우가 발생하여 자기기록 재생장치에 카트리지를 장진하여 재생시키거나, 녹화시킬때 또는 역주행시킬때 정확하게 재생단부를 감지하지 못하고 더 주행되거나 테이프의 재생되지 않는 끝단까지 주행되어 버리는 경우가 발생하여 다시 재생시키거나 역주행 시킬때 재생되지 않는 공테이프 부분이 주행되어 불필요하게 자기기록재생장치를 동작시켜야할뿐아니라 재생시에는 공테이프부분이 돌아간 다음에 재생부분이 재생되어지므로 사용상 불편이 많았던 것이다.In order to accurately detect the regenerated part and the non-regenerated part of the magnetic tape as described above, the prism fixed to the both sides of the cartridge upper case should be fixed at a certain position at all times.
