Claims (9)

  1. 피복된 과립이 250㎛ 보다 작은 입자 사이즈를 갖도록 위 보호(gastroprotectant) 피복물로 피복된 개개 아스피린 과립.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 약 75㎛-약 150㎛의 평균 입자 사이즈를 갖는 개개 아스피린 과립.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 위보호 피복물이 상기 과립의 약 10%-약 75중량%를 구성하는 개개 아스피린 과립.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 위보호 피복물이 상기 과립의 약 30%-약 35중량%를 구성하는 개개 아스피린 과립.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 위보호 피복물이 셀룰로우스 아세테이트 프탈레이트, 폴리(비닐 아세테이트 프탈레이트), 히드록시프로필메틸셀룰로우스 프탈레이트 또는 메타크릴산과 에틸 아크릴레이트의 공중합체인 개개 아스피린 과립.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 위보호 피복물이 약 250,000의 평균분자량을 갖는 메타크릴산과 에틸 아크릴레이트의 1 : 1 공중합체로 구성되는 개개 아스피린 과립.
  7. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 따르는 과립을 포함하는 빠른-개시 투여 형태.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 50-650㎎의 아스피린을 함유하는 빠른-개시 투여 형태.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 약325㎎의 아스피린을 함유하는 빠른-개시 투여 형태.
