형광체와 이를 사용한 음극선관
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 형광체에 있어서 254nm 자외선으로 여기한 때의 발광 스펙트라를 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 545nm 부근의 파장에서 주 발광피크를 가지며, 화학 조성식이(Al1-x-y, Lnx, Tby); nBO3(식 중 Ln은 Sc, Lu,La 및 Y중 적어도 1종이상이고 0<x≤0.4, 0<y≤0.1 및 0.5<n<2.0의 조건을 만족함)인 것을 특징으로 하는 형광체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 화학 조성식중 Ln은 Sc, Lu,La 및 Y중 적어도 1종이상이고, 각 성분의 범위가 0.01≤x≤0.3, 0.0001≤y≤0.09 및 1≤n≤1.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 형광체.
  3. 545nm 부근의 파장에서 주 발광피크를 가지며, 화학조성식이 (Al1-x-y, Lnx, Tby); nBO3(식 중 Ln은 Sc, Lu,La 및 Y중 적어도 1종이상이고 0<x≤0.4, 0<y≤0.1 및 0.5≤n≤2.0의 조건을 만족함)인 형광체를 패널내면에 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 화학 조성식중 Ln은 Sc, Lu,La 및 Y중 적어도 1종이상이고, 각 성분의 범위가 0.01≤x≤0.3, 0.0001≤y≤0.09 및 1≤n≤1.5인 형광체를 패널내면에 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관.
