본 고안은 김치의 신선도를 장기간 유지시키기 위하여 김치독 내부중심에 얼음병을 장치한 김치독에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 근래의 김치독은 합성수지로 형성하여 이를 보온재(스치로폴 또는 발포우레탄)로 외부 온도를 차단하는 보온통으로 구성되어 있다.
이와같은 김치통은 상온 상태를 유지하는 정도이어서 김치가 발효시 발생하는 열을 억제할 수가 없고 따라서 장기간 김치의 신선도를 유지시킬 수 없는 문제점이 있었다.
본 고안에서는 이상과 같은 종래 김치통에 있어서, 그 내부에 발생되는 발효열을 억제할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 김치통 내부중심에 얼음병을 장치하여 김치의 발효를 억제할 수 있게 한 것이다.
이를 첨부 도면에 의하여 그 구성을 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
내부통(1)과 외부통(2) 사이에 보온재(3)가 충진되어 있는 김치통에 있어서, 내부통(1) 내부저면 중심에 나사축(4)을 돌출되게 설치하고, 저면에 나사공(5)이 형성된 얼음병(6)을 나착하여서 된 구성이다.
본 고안 실시에 있어서, 나사축(4) 하부에는 공구를 걸 수 있는 다각육부(7) 하부에 나사축(7')을 돌출되게 형성하여 하부 나사축(7')을 내부통(1) 중심에 관통시켜 패킹(8)을 개입시킨 상태로 너트(9)를 채워 고정 설치할 수 있으며, 얼음병(6)은 내부에 삽탈이 자유롭게 제빙병(10)을 끼워 얼음이 녹는 것을 지연시켜 장시간 냉기를 유지할 수 있게 한다.
다른 실시방법으로는 제 2 도의 예시와 같이 나사축(4)은 삽지돌출부(4')로 형성하며, 얼음병(6)의 나사공(5)은 삽지공(5')으로 형성하여 얼음병(6)을 삽지돌출(4')에 끼워놓도록 실시할 수도 있다.
이상과 같은 본 고안 김치독은 내부중심에 얼음병(6)을 장치하므로서 그주위 공간에 수납되는 김치에 고르게 냉기가 전달되어 김치의 발효가 억제되어 김치의 신선도를 유지시키는 효과가 있고, 얼음병(6) 내부에는 제빙병(10)을 삽탈되게 수납하여 얼음을 괘상으로 내장시키므로서 얼음 조각을 넣는 경우에 비하여 냉각효과를 장시간 가질 수 있어 취급관리가 편리한 효과도 있다.
