본 고안은 통상의 휴즈홀더에 랩핑핀을 부착시켜 일체화가 되도록 한 랩핑핀이 부착된 휴즈홀더에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a fuse holder having a lapping pin attached to the conventional fuse holder to be integrated.
종래에는 일본 공개실용신안공보 소54-9844호 등에 의하여 알려진 휴즈홀더 일체의 지지대가 있었으나, 이 지지대를 인쇄회로기판(P.C.B)상에 고정하더라도 랩핑핀이 제 2 도와 같이 별도로 실시 고정 되어야 하므로 그에 따른 휴즈홀더와 랩핑핀의 공정의 중복화 및 작업소요시간의 증가, 새로운 공정의 추가로 인한 번거로움이 발생되어 왔다. 이와 같은 문제점은 랩핑핀과 휴즈홀더가 불가분으로 인접해야 하는데에 그 원인이 있는 것이므로 랩핑핀과 휴즈홀더가 일체로 제작된다면 하나의 부품화로 됨에 따른 위와 같은 제반문제점이 해결될 수 있는 것이다.Conventionally, there was a fuse holder integrated support known by Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 54-9844. 제 1 도에서 볼 수 있듯이 본 고안은 통상의 휴즈홀더(2)의 양측 하단부(4)를 종,횡으로 연장하여 한측면을 폐쇄시키고 이 측면 상부에 랩핑핀(1)을 설치하여 일체가 되게 구성한 것으로서 휴즈홀더(2)와 랩핑핀(1)이 인쇄회로기판(3)에서 점유하는 면적을 줄일 수 있고 또 휴즈홀더(2)에 랩핑핀(1)이 달려 있어서 생산시 두 개의 부품이 따로 삽입되고, 따로 납땝되던 것을 한번의 납땜으로 끝낼 수 있다.As can be seen in FIG. 1, the present invention extends both lower and lower end portions 4 of the conventional fuse holder 2 vertically and horizontally to close one side and to provide an integrated lapping pin 1 on the upper side of the fuse holder 2.
