The present invention relates to a method for producing a polyamide spun-like yarn having a multi-layered structure using polyamide-based multifilament yarns having a frequency of surface loop expression and a size of the loop almost similar to cotton.
Conventional methods for producing polyamide spun-like yarns include a method of intertwining cores and effect yarns, a method of performing air jet processing, imparting crimps to the effect yarns or improving the feel of the yarns or fabrics, or in a suitable temperature range. There have been proposed methods of partially welding the yarns and combusting them, as well as some combinations of the above methods. However, the method of mutually twisting core and effect yarns is not economical due to the high manufacturing cost, and the method of performing air jet processing causes dyed spots due to non-uniformity of surface loops, resulting in deterioration of product quality and fusion. The method has a limited volume in the absolute length of the effect yarn surrounding the core yarn is rich in volume, it is difficult to manufacture a spun-like yarn, a combination of some of the above method is a problem of rising manufacturing cost In addition, there is a difficulty in process control.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention solves all the problems of the prior art, and combines a method of expressing a finer, more uniform, and more frequent loops than the conventional air texturead, and a method of stabilizing the loops as described above to form a surface loop. The present invention relates to a method for producing a polyamide Ait-textured spun-like yarn having a small size, uniformity and excellent shape stability and weaving workability.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. 1 shows a manufacturing process of the present invention, in which two polyamide-based multifilament yarns (X) (Y) are supplied as the supply yarns, but the core yarn (X) passes through the feed roller (2) and the effect yarn (Y). Pass through the feed roller (1) and the hot pin roller (3), respectively, after adjusting the tension by the tension adjusting roller (4) (5) is injected into the air nozzle (6). The air texturized yarn in the air nozzle 6 passes through the
In the present invention, the core yarn (Y) can be prevented from being bulky when the processing yarn is subjected to the tensile force by passing through the hot pin roller (3) of 80 ℃ -120 ℃.
In order to form a fine, uniform and high frequency loop, which is the most important factor pursued by the present invention, the feed amount of the feed roller (1) (2) to the feed roller (7) is important. It must be in the scope of (II).

When F e <1.2F c in formula (I), the frequency of the loops is too small to produce natural tactile sensation, and when 1.5 F c <F e , the workability of the processed yarn is increased due to the excessive overfeed rate of the effect yarn (Y). This is greatly reduced.
In addition, as shown in equation (II), when the linear velocity ratio of the

In formula (III), T c <0.01 × ) × T e does not produce a core or effect, and T c > 0.15 × In the case of) × T e , a nonuniform loop is expressed and a chromophore appears.
In the formula (IV), when 0.75T c > T A , the loop frequency and crackability are somewhat improved, but the workability is greatly reduced. When 1.35T c <T A , the loop is difficult to express and the frequency is greatly reduced. Excessive force is applied to the air nozzle to shorten the life of the air nozzle.
Passing through the
On the other hand, when the temperature is lower than 170 ℃, the morphological stability of the processed yarn is inferior, and the twisting of the yarn occurs frequently during weaving, which greatly reduces the weaving efficiency. It is easy to lose fabric quality. In addition, the expression effect of the loop in the present invention is excellent as the monofilament fineness less than 1.5g / d of core, effect company, the more the number of monofilament, the higher the air pressure is about 7-9kg / cm 2 .
The air-textured spun-like yarn manufactured by the present invention has excellent shape stability against tensile force, and since the loop is uniformly well expressed on the surface of the yarn, the weave and knit fabric are similar to natural cotton weave and knit fabric in terms of volume and feel. It can be used for out-shells such as jackets, jumpers, ski suits, etc. because it exhibits one characteristic and is excellent in heat retention and windproofness and excellent anti-pilling.

(실시예 1,2,3)의 조건으로 제조한 사를 관찰한 결과 표면 루우프 발현이 양호하고 형태안정성도 우수하였으며, 그 직물은 부피감 및 천연섬유와 같은 감촉으로 인하여 면과 거의 유사한 품위를 나타내었다.(제 2도,제3도 및 제5도 참조)As a result of observing the yarns manufactured under the conditions of (Examples 1, 2 and 3), the surface loop expression was good and the shape stability was also excellent. The fabric showed almost the same quality as cotton due to the volume and texture of natural fibers. (See FIGS. 2, 3 and 5)
(Comparative Example 1) showed that the effect frequency of the effector's overfeed rate was low, so the expression frequency of the loop was decreased, and weaving was not able to express natural touch, and because the heater temperature was lower than the optimum value, the shape stability against the tensile force was poor. The thread was twisted, which lowered the work efficiency.
(Comparative Example 2) is the same as in (Example 2) and other conditions, but because of the high tension of the impact yarns, the expression of the loop is uneven, and the dyeing stage (irregular two-tone effect) occurred during dyeing.
In Comparative Example 3, the air pressure was so low that the loops were uneven and the frequency was too small to express a cotton-like touch.
The photograph of the processed yarn manufactured by (Comparative Examples 1, 2, 3) and the woven fabric was the same as FIG. 4 and FIG.
