자기 테이프(1)을 감은 1쌍의 릴을 좌우에 배치하는 카세트를 사용하고, 상기 자기 테이프를 인출해서 자기 헤드를 내장하는 회전 실린더(19)에 소정 각도로 접촉시키며, 또한 캡스펀(2a)와 핀치롤러(3)으로 상기 자기 테이프의 구동을 실행하는 자기 기록 재생 장치에 있어서, 상기 자기 테이프(1)을 재생할때에 감는 감기릴대(9)에 적어도 상기 자기 테이프의 간헐 보내기 재생 기간에 맞닿아서 제동력을 부가하는 제동 부재를 가지며, 또한 상기 제동력이 상기 감기릴대의 회전 방향에 의해서 다른 부하를 발생시키도록 구성된 제어 기구를 마련해서 이루어지는 자기 기록 재생 장치.Using a cassette for disposing the pair of reels wound on the magnetic tape 1 on the left and right sides, the magnetic tape is taken out and brought into contact with the rotating cylinder 19 having the magnetic head embedded therein at a predetermined angle.
