Claims (3)
- 통상의 상변이형 광기록 매체에 있어서, 기록층의 양면에 산소화 친화력이 적은 원소로 상화방지층을 형성하여 구속함을 특징으로 하는 상변이형 광기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기록층이 Te를 함유하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 상변이형 광기록 매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산화방지층이 Se층인 것을 특징으로 하는 상변이형 광기록 매체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
