Claims (30)
- 대략 0.001이상의 굴절률 변조를 가지고, 근본적으로 (a) 폴리비닐 아세테이트, 폴리비닐 부티랄, 폴리비닐 아세탈, 폴리비닐 포르말, 그들의 주요 세그먼트 함유 공중합체(interpolymer) 및 그들의 혼합물로 구성되는 군으로 부터 선택되는 중합체 결합제 대략 25-90% ; (b) 카르바졸 함유 단량체 및 한개 이상의 페닐, 비페닐, 페녹시, 나프톨, 나프틸옥시, 3개 이하의 방향족 고리를 함유하는 헤테로방향족 기, 염소 및 브롬을 함유하는 액체 단량체로 구성되는 군으로 부터 선택되는 에틸렌형 불포화 단량체 대략 5-60% ; (c) 가소제 대략 0-25% ; 및 (d) 화학선에 의해 활성화될 수 있는 광개시제 계 대략 0.1-10% (여기서, 상기 %는 전체 필름 중량을 기준으로한 중량% 임)로 구성되는, 반사 홀로그램에 의해 형성된 거울을 함유하는 투명 중합체 필름을 가지는 투명 지지체로 구성되는 헤트-업 디스플레이용 광학 컴바이너.
- 제1항에 있어서, 홀로그램이 최소한 대략 15%의 반사 효율을 가지는 컴바이너.
- 제2항에 있어서, 투명 지지체가 유리, 석영, 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트, 폴리카보네이트 및 폴리스티렌으로 구성되는 군으로 부터 선택되는 컴바이너.
- 제2항에 있어서, 유리시트 상기 투명 중합체 필름 함유 상기 반사 홀로그램, 두번째 투명 중합체 필름 및 두번째 유리 시트로 차례로 적층된 컴바이너.
- 제1항에 있어서, 홀로그램이 대략 0.005 이상의 굴절률 변조를 가지는 컴바이너.
- 제5방에 있어서, 에틸렌형 불포화 단량체가, 페녹시에틸 아클릴레이트, 페놀에톡실레이트 모노아크릴레이트, 비스페놀-A의 디(2-아크릴옥시에틸) 에테르, 에톡실화된 비스페놀-A 디아크릴레이트, 2-(1-나프틸옥시) 에틸 아크릴레이트 및 0-비페닐 메타크릴레이트, 그의 혼합물로 구성되는 군으로 부터 선택되는 액체인 컴바이너.
- 5항에 있어서, 에틸렌형 불포화 단량체가, N-비닐 카르바졸, 3,6-디브로모-9-비닐 카르바졸, 2,4,6-트리브로모페닐 아크릴레이트 또는 메타크릴레이트, 펜타클롤로페닐 아크릴레이트 또는 메타크릴레이트, 2-비닐 나프탈렌, 2-나프틸 아크릴레이트 또는 메타크릴레이트, 2-(2-나프틸에톡시)에틸 아크릴레이트 또는 메타크릴레이트, p-비페닐 메타크릴레이트,t-부틸페닐 메타크릴레이트, 테트라브로모,-비스페놀-A의 디-(2-아크릴옥시에틸)에테르 및 그의 혼합물로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 고체 단량체 ; 및 페녹시에틸 아크릴레이트, 페놀 에톡실레이트 아크릴레이트, 비스페놀-A의 디(2-아크릴옥시에틸에테르), o-비페닐 메타크릴레이트, 에톡실화된 비스페놀-A- 디아크릴레이트, 2-(1-나프틸옥시)에틸 아크릴레이트 및 그의 혼합물로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 액체 단량체의 혼합물인 컴바이너.
- 제5항에 있어서, 트리스(2-에틸헥실)포스페이트, 글리세릴 트릭부티레이트 및 일반식 :또는R3(OCH2CHR4)2OH(여기서, R1및 R2각각은 1-10개의 탄소원자의 알킬기이고, R3는 H 또는 8-16개의 탄소원자의 알킬기이고, R1는 H 또는 CH3이고, X는 1-4, Y는 2-20이고, Z는 1-20임)을 가지는 화합물로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 가소재를 포함하는 컴바이너.
- 제8항에 있어서, 가소제가 트리에틸렌글리콜 디카프랄레이트, 트리에틸렌 글리콜 비스(2-에틸헥사노에이트), 디에틸 아디페이트, 디부틸 아디페이트, 테트라에틸렌 글리콜 디헵타노에이트, 디부틸 수베레이트, 디엘틸 세바케이느, 트리스(2-에틸헥실)포스에이트 및 글리세릴 트리부티레이트로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 컴바이너.
- 제5항에 잇어서, 상기 필름내의 성분이 결합제 45-75중량% ; 단량체 15-50중량% ; 및 가소제 0-15중량%로 존재하는 컴바이너.
- 제10항에 있어서, 홀로그램이 대략 0.010이사의 굴절률 변조를 가지는 컴바이너.
- 제5하에 있어서, 투명 지지체가 유리, 석영, 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트, 폴리카보네이트 및 폴리스티렌으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 컴바이너.
- 제5항에 있어서, 유리 시트, 상기 투명 중합체 필름 함유 상기 홀로그램, 두번째 투명 중합체 필름 및 두번째 유리 시트로 차례로 적층된 컴바이너.
- 제5항에 있어서, 거울 홀로그램이 대략 0.010이상의 굴절률 변조를 가지는 컴바이너.
- 제5항에 있어서, 필름이 대략 1-100μm의 두께를 가지는 컴바이너.
- 근본적으로, (a) 근본적으로 (1) 폴리비닐 아세트이트, 폴리비닐 부티랄, 폴리비닐 아세탈, 폴리비닐 포르말, 그들의 주요 세그먼트 함유 공중합체 또는 그들의 혼합물로 구성되는 군으로 부터 선택되는 중합체 결합제 대략 25-90% ; (2) 카르바졸 함유 단량체 및 한개이상의 페닐, 비페닐, 페녹시, 나프틸, 나프틸옥시, 3개이하의 방향족 고리를 함유하는 헤테로 방향족기, 염소 및 브로을 함유하는 액체 단량체로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 에틸렌형 불포화 단량체 대략 5-60% ; (3) 가소제 대략 0-25% ; 및 (4) 화학선에 의해 활성화될 수 있는 광개시제계 대략 0.1-10% (여기서, 상기 %는 전체 필름의 중량을 기준으로한 중량%임)로 구성되는 투명 중합체 필름의 한쪽 측면에 투명지지재를 부착시키고 ; (b) 상기 필름내에 반사 홀로그램을 형성하는 방식으로 간섭성 빛에 부착된 필름을 노출시키고 ; (c) 영구 투명 지지체로 상형성된 필름을 적충시키는 것으로 구성되는, 최소한 0.001의 굴절률 변조를 가지는 상 형성된 필름을 가지는 헤드-업 디스플레이용 광학 컴바이너를 형성시키는 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 홀로그래피 거울을 형성하는 간서 줄무늬를 만들기위해, 반대 측면으로부터 투명 필름에 들어가는 간섭성 빛의 물체비임 및 참조비임에 부착된 필름을 노출시키는 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 간섭 줄무늬가 필름 평면과 실질적으로 동일평면성인 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 간섭 줄무늬의 평면이 필름 평면에 대해 예각으로 기울어진 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상형성된 필름을 영구 투명 지지체에 적층시킨 후에 투명 지지재를 제거시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 중합체 필름이 반사 홀로그램을 형성하도록 노출시킨 후에, 대략 0.005이상의 굴절률 변조를 가지는 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, (b)단계 동안 간섭성 빛에 노출시키기 바로 전에 대략 30°-50℃로 (a)단계의 부착된 필름을 가열시키는 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, (b)단계후에, 상형성된 필름이, 반사효율을 증가시키도록 유기액체로 처리되는 방법.
- 제23항에 있어서, 유기 액체가 글리콜 알킬 에테르, 알코올, 케톤 및 에스테르로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, (b)단계후에, 상형성된 필름을, 반사 효율을 증진시키기에 충분한 시간동안 50℃ 이상으로 가열시키는 방법.
- 제25항에 있어서, 상형성된 필름을 대략 80°-160℃로 가열시키는 방법.
- 제25항 또는 제26항에 있어서, (c)단계 적층화동안 상기 가열이 일어나는 방법.
- 제27항에 있어서, 결과형성된 컴바이너가 최소한 0.005의 굴절률 변조를 가지는 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, (b)단계후에, 필름에 의해 흡수되는 액체 단량체에 상형성된 필름 표면을 노출시키고, 필름을 건조시키고, 화학선에 노출시킴으로써 흡수된 단량체를 중합반응시키는 것으로 구성되는 처리로써 상형성된 필름을 반사 효율을 안정화시키는 액체 단량체 용액으로 처리시키는 방법.
- 제29항에 있어서, 반사 효율을 증진시키기에 충분한 시간동안, 50℃이상으로, 필름을 가열시킨 후에 액체 단량체로의 상기 처리가 수행되는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
