심장질환 치료에 쓰이는 프로파페논과 퀴니딘의 지속성 조성물

제1도는 프로파페논 표준물의 투여와 대비한 청구범위 조성물의 투여에 따르는 프로파페논의 혈장 농도를 나타내는 그래프이다. 제2도는 제1도에 표시된 데이타에 관한 표이다. 제3도는 프로파페논 표준물의 투여와 대비한 청구 조성물의 투여에 따르는 프로파페논의 대사물질인 5-히드록시프로파페논의 혈장농도를 나타내는 그래프이다.

Claims (15)

  1. 효과적인 양의 프로파페논과 준치료량의 퀴니딘 그리고 이들의 약제학적 담체로 구성된 심장 부정맥 환자 치료에 적합한 약제 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 프로파페논의 효과적인 양이 1정당 약 50-600㎎인 것을 특징으로 하는 약제 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 준 치료용제 퀴니딘은 프로파페논의 반감기를 줄이는 것을 특징으로 하는 약제 조성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 퀴니딘은 1정당 약 25-200㎎이 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 약제 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 프로파페논은 1정당 약 50-600㎎, 준 치료용제 퀴니딘은 1정당 약 25-200㎎이 함유하는 약제 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 경구투여를 위한 정제, 연질 또는 경질 젤라틴 캡슐제, 현탁액 또는 시럽의 형태인 약제 조성물.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 정제, 캡슐제 또는 캐프렛은 장용제피된 것을 특징으로 하는 약제 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 약학제 담체는 설탕, 전분 , 검, 콘시럽, 물과 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 약제 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 프로파페논은 1정당 약 50-600㎎, 준 치료제 퀴니딘은 1정당 25-200㎎, 설탕, 전분, 검, 콘시럽 및 이들의 혼합물로된 약제학적 담체로 구성되고 상기 조성물은 장용제피로 성형된 것을 특징으로 하는 약제 조성물.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 프로파페논은 1정당 약 150-900㎎, 준 치료제 퀴니딘은 1정당 약 25-200㎎, 설탕, 전분, 검, 콘시럽 및 이들의 혼합물로 약제학적 담체로 구성되고 상기 조성물은 하루 한번 투여하는 장용제피로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 약제 조성물.
  11. 심장 부정맥 환자에게 유효량의 프로파페논과 준치료량의 퀴니딘 및 약제학적 담체로 구성된 제약 조성물을 투여하는 심장부정맥 치료방법.
  12. 유효량이 50-600㎎용량 단위를 하루에 1 내지 2번 투여하는 9항의 조성물을 투여하는 심장 부정맥 치료방법.
  13. 혈증 프로파페논의 농도가 최소 200ng/㎖ 사이에 유효용량을 나타내는 9항의 조성물을 투여하는 심장부정맥 치료방법.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 조성물을 정제형태인 약제 조성물.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 약제학적 담체가 전분인 약제 조성물.
