Claims (10)

  1. 디이소시아네트와 1차나 2차 히드록실기를 지니는 분자량이 대략 250에서 8000 사이에 있는 폴리에테르 폴리올을 포함하는 가교성의 반응물질로 형성된 열 경화성 폴리우레탄층에 우레탄기에 의해 화학적으로 연결된 가소화된 폴리비닐부틸알 시이트로 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는 투명고분자 적층물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에테르 폴리올은 폴리테트라메틸에틸렌 에테르 글리콜, 글리세린과 프로필렌 옥시드의 생성물(adducts), 글리세린과 에틸렌 옥시드로 덮혀진(capped)프로필렌 옥시드의 생성물 및 그 혼합물에서 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 적층물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄 층의 굴절률이 가소화된 폴리비닐 부틸알 굴절률의 ±0.04굴절률 단위 내에 있는 것를 특징으로 하는 적층물.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄층의 가교밀도는 가교사이의 폴리우레탄의 분자량이 대략 50-2000에 있도록 함을 특징으로 하는 적층물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 가교점으로 작용하는 펜던트(pendant)되어 있고 터미날에 있는 반응성의 이중결합을 형성하기 위한 자유 이소시아네이트기와 반응할 수 있는 하나 이상의 히드록실화된 아크릴레이트 모노머를 포함하는 혼합물을 특징으로 하는 적층물.
  6. 제1, 2, 3, 4 또는 5항에 있어 폴리우레탄층이 열과 방사선에 의해 이중경화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 경화는 자외선에 의해 먼저 일어난 후 높은 온도에서 다시 일어남을 특징으로 하는 적층물.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 디이소시아네이트는 2차 시클로지방족 탄소와 화학적으로 연결된 NCO기를 가진 시클로지방족 화합물임을 특징으로 하는 적층물.
  9. 제6항에 있어, 혼합물의 점성은 대략 200-1000 centiposie임을 특징으로 하는 적층물.
  10. 제8항에 있어, 디이소시아네이트가 메틸렌 비스(4-시클로헥실이소시아네이트)임을 특징으로 하는 적층물.
