Claims (2)

  1. 초음파 발생용 진동자(10)와 세척수급수관(11) 및 세척수배수관(12)을 갖는 통상의 세척수조(13)에, 중공관체(22)와 고정되어 있으며 여러개의 캔들형 필터(F)가 원주방향으로 조립되는 윈형필터조립판(20)과 상기 중공관체(22)와 연통된 분사용 세척수 분배드럼(23) 사이에 캔들형 필터(F)를 고정시키고 분사용 세척수를 통과 시켜주며 동시에 캔들형 필터(F)를 자전시키는 자전수단을 설치하고, 상기 원형필터조립판(20)과 분사용 세척수 분배드럼(23)을 함께 회전되게 하여 캔들형 필터(F)를 공전시키며, 중공관체(22)의 단부로 부터 공급되는 분사용 세척수가 중공관체(22)와 분사용 세척수 분배드럼(23) 및 자전수단을 통해서 공전 및 자전되는 캔들형 필터(F)의 내부로부터 외부를 향하여 분사되도록 한 모노미 필터의 세척장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 캔들형 필터(F)의 자전수단이 분사용 세척수가 유입되는 중공(27) 및 캔들형 필터(F)가 조립되는 너트부(29)가 형성된 평기어(25)와 타임벨트(35)로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 모노미필터의 세척장치.
