Claims (1)

  1. 전치 삼극관부를 이루는 캐소오드, G1전극, G2전극을 포함하여 최소한 하나의 유니포텐셜형 포커스형 전자렌즈를 이루는 다수의 전극을 구비한 것에 있어서, 상기 유니포텐셜 포커스형 전자렌즈를 이루는 인접된 세개의 전극중 그 중앙에 위치된 전극의 렌즈형성공(H4)보다 그 전치전극의 렌즈 형성공(H3)은 그 직경을 작게 형성하는 한편 그 후치전극의 렌즈 형성공(Hsa)은 그 직경을 크게 형성하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 다단집속형 전자총.
