제2도는 제1도의 Ⅱ-Ⅱ선으로 따라가는 화살표 방향으로 본 스위치의 덮개체의 평면도.

Claims (2)

  1. 일측이 개구된 금속재제의 반구형상 선박모양 용기(1)와 이 선박모양 용기(1)의 길이 방향 일단내면에 일단이 도전상태로 고정된 도전재제 지지체(3)와, 선박모양 용기(1) 내부에 배치되어 일단이 지지체(3)의 타단에 고착되어 타단이 그 운동범위를 규제되도록 선박모양 용기(1)의 길이방향 타단 내면과 소정의 공간에 의해 대향된 열응동판(2)과 이 열응 동판(2)의 대략 중앙부분에 스냅 운동 시키기 위한 얕은 접시형상부(2B)가 형성되어 또한 타단에 가동 접점(2A)이 고착되어있으며, 선박 모양 요기(1)의 개구를 기밀하게 폐쇄하도록 이 개구의 주위에 고착되어 선박모양 요기(1) 벽 두께보다도 두꺼운 벽으로 형성되어 관통구멍(4A) (4B)을 가진 금속제의 덮개체(4)와, 이 덮개체(4)의 관통구멍(4A) (4B)에 전기 절연성 충전 재료에 의해 기밀하게 관통 보지되어 그 선박모양 용기(1) 내부에 위치하는 부분에 전기 가동접점(2A)와 접촉분리하는 고정접점(7)을 고착시킨 도전재제단자 및 선박모양 용기(1)의 전기 지지체(3)가 고착된 근방부분이 전기 양접점 사이의 접촉압을 조정하기 위해 변형되는 외부압 받이부로 결합하여 된 열 응동 스위치.
  2. 일측이 개구된 금속재제의 반구형상 선박모양 용기(1)와 이 선박모양 용기(1)의 길이방향 일단 내면에 일단이 도전상태로 고착된 도전재제 지지체(3)와, 선박모양 용기(1) 내부에 배치되어 일단이 지지체(3)의 타단에 고착되어 타단이 그 운동 범위를 규제되도록 선박모양 용기(1)의 길이방향 타단 내면과 소정의 공간에 의해 대향된 열응동판(2)과 이 열응동판(2)의 대략 중앙부분에 스냅 운동시키기 위한 얕은 접시 형상부(2B)가 형성되어 또한 타단에 가동접점(2A)이 고착되고 있는 선박모양 용기(1)의 개구를 기밀하게 폐쇄하도록 이 개구의 주위에 고착되어 선박모양 용기(1) 벽 두께보다도 두꺼운 벽으로 형성되어 제1 및 제2의 관통구멍(4A) (4B)을 가진 금속제의 덮개체(4)와 이 덮개체(4)의 제1및 제2의 관통구멍(4A) (4B)에 각각 전기 절연성 충전재료에 의해 기밀하게 관통보지된 제1및 제2의 도전재제단자와 전기 제1의 단자의 선박모양 용기(1) 내부에 위치하는 부분에 고착된 전기 가동접점(2A)과 접촉 분리하는 고정접점(7)과, 선박모양 용기(1) 내부에 배치되어 일단이 제2의 단자에 접속되어 타단이 덮개체(4)에 접속된 발열용 저항체와, 선박모양 용기(1)의 전기 지지체(3)가 고착된 근방부분이 전기 양접점 사이의 접촉압을 조정하기 위해 변형되는 외부압 받이부로 결합하여서 된 열응동 스위치.
