제1도 내지 제4도는 본 발명에 관한 힘 및 모멘트 센서의 한 실시예를 나타낸 것으로서,
제1도는 동 센서의 전체 사시도,
제2도는 상부 디스크를 일부 절개해서 나타낸 동 센서의 평면도,
제3도는 동 센서의 정면도,
제4도는 브릿지 요소의 부분 확대 정면도이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 바깥둘레 부근에 간격을 두고 배치된 복수개의 브릿지 요소에 의해 서로 접속된, 한쌍의 평행한 디스크 부재를 포함하고, 전술한 각 브릿지 요소는 다각형 또는 원형이고, 중심으로 그것을 곤통하는 구멍을 가지고 있는 힘 및 모멘트 센서에 있어서, 전술한 브릿지 요소의 외측면에 전술한 중심구멍의 곡률과 같은 곡률을 가진 면을 설치한 것을 특징으로하는 힘 및 모멘트 센서.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 브릿지 요소가 평판상인것을 특징으로하는 힘 및 모멘트 센서.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전술한 브릿지 요소의 센서의 중심축에 따른 외측면에, 전술한 중심 구멍의 곡률과 같은 곡률을 갖는 면을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 힘 및 모멘트 센서.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 전술한 중심축에 대해 경사진 외측면에도 전술한 중심 구멍의 곡률과 같은 곡률을 가진 면을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 힘 및 모멘트 센서.
