Claims (2)

  1. 유전체 자기와, 자기에 접촉하고 있는 적어도 2개의 전극으로 이루어지는 자기 콘덴서에 있어서, 자기가 100.0 중량부의 기본성분과, 0.2-5.0 중량부의 첨가성분으로 이루어지며, 기본성분이, (1-α) {(Bak-xMx)OxTiO2} + αCaZrO3(단, M은 Mg, Zn중 적어도 1종의 금속, α는 0.005-0.04, k는 1.00-1.05, X는 0.01-0.10를 만족하는 수치)이며, 첨가성분이 B2O3와 SiO2와 MO(단, MO는, BaO, SrO, CaO, MgO 및 ZnO중 적어도 1종의 금속산화물)로 이루어지며, 또한 B2O3와 SiO2와 MO와의 조성범위가 이들 조성을 몰%로 보여주는 3각도에 있어서, B2O3가 1몰%, SiO2가 80몰%, MO가 19몰%의 점(A)와, B2O3가 1몰%, SiO2가 39몰%, MO가 60몰%의 점(B)와, B2O3가 30몰%, SiO2가 0몰%, MO가 70몰%의 점(C)와, B2O3가 90몰%, SiO2가 0몰%, MO가 10몰%의 점(D)와, B2O3가 90몰%, SiO2가 10몰%, MO가 0몰%의 점(E)와, B2O3가 20몰%, SiO2가 80몰%, MO가 0몰%의 점(F)와를 순차로 연결하는 6개의 직선으로 둘러싸여진 영역내의 것임을 특징으로 하는 콘덴서.
  2. 100.0 중량부의 기본성분과, 0.2-5.0 중량부의 첨가성분으로 이루어지며, 기본성분이, (1-α) {(Bak-xMx)OxTiO2} + αCaZrO3(단, M은 Mg, Zn중 적어도 1종의 금속, α는 0.005-0.04, k는 1.00-1.05, X는 0.01-0.10를 만족하는 수치)이며, 첨가성분이 B2O3와 SiO2와 MO(단, MO는, BaO, SrO, CaO, MgO 및 ZnO중 적어도 1종의 금속산화물)로 이루어지며, 또한 B2O3와 SiO2와 MO와의 조성범위가 이들 조성을 몰%로 보여주는 3각도에 있어서의 B2O3가 1몰%, SiO2가 80몰%, MO가 19몰%의 점(A)와, B2O3가 1몰%, SiO2가 39몰%, MO가 60몰%의 점(B)와, B2O3가 30몰%, SiO2가 0몰%, MO가 70몰%의 점(C)와, B2O3가 90몰%, SiO2가 0몰%, MO가 10몰%의 점(D)와, B2O3가 90몰%, SiO2가 10몰%, MO가 0몰%의 점(E)와, B2O3가 20몰%, SiO2가 80몰%, MO가 0몰%의 점(F)와를 순차로 연결하는 6개의 직선으로 둘러싸여진 영역내의 것임을 특징으로 하는 혼합물을 준비하는 공정과, 적어도 2개의 전극부분을 갖는 혼합물의 성형물을 제작하는 공정과, 전극부분을 갖는 성형물을 비산화성 분위기로 소성하는 공정과, 소성으로 얻어진 성형물을 산화성 분위기로 열처리하는 공정을 포함하는 자기콘덴서의 제조방법.
