제3도는 본 발명의 방법에 따라 프레스의 비결정 금속철심에 대한 현 양호한 실시예를 도시하는 도면.

Claims (4)

  1. 작동시 빅려정 금속 입자들이 떨어져 나가는 것을 저지시키는 열경화성 수지로 피복된 접착기면 및 두면을 갖는 감겨진 비결정 금속 철심을 구비하는 자체 지지변압기를 제작하는 방법에 있어서, 각각의 상기 열경화성 접착수지로 피복된 접착기면으로 상기 철심의 각각의 면이 실제로 커버되는 상기 철심을 180℃ 이상되는 고온에서 어니일링시키며, 상기 어니일링 단계시에 도달된 약 150℃ 내지 180℃의 후 어니일 온도이하로 냉각되기 전에 상기 철심이 커버되고 프레스되며, 이것에 의해서 상기 열경화성 접착 수지로 피복된 접착기폄면은경화되고, 철심의 각각의 면에 결합되어 상기 철심의 구조 부재가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비결정 금속 철심을 구비하는 자체 지지변압기 제작방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접착기면은 열결화성 접착수지로 함침된 크레프트지로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 비결정 금속철심을 구비하는 자체지지 변압기 제작방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 철심은 장방형 단면, 세다리 및 절단된 다리를 구비하며, 프레싱후에 상기 절단된 다리와 인접하는 각각의 다리에 대해 코일을 배치시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비결정 금속철심을 구비하는 자체지지 변압기 제작방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 철심의 상기 면이 상기 수지로 피복된 접착기면으로 커버된 후에, 상기 절단된 다리에 대해 다공성 재료를 배치시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비결정 금속철심을 구비하는 자체지지변압기 제작방법.
