Claims (1)
- 피측정 온도를 검지하기 위한 온도검지소자를 구비하며, 이 온도검지소자에 의해 검지된 검지신호에 의거하여 온도조절수단을 피드백 제어하는 온도제어장치에 있어서, 상기 온도검지소자에 의해 검지된 검지온도의 소요시간에 있어서 온도차를구비하는 온도차 산출부와, 이 온도차에 의거하여 상기 피측정 온도의 미분치를 추정하는 미분치 추정부와, 피드백 미분제어하는 미분제어부를 가지며, 상기 미분치에 의거하여 피드백 미분제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도검지소자에 의한온도제어장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
