본 고안은 열쇠의 편평면에 조정흠을 형성시킨 자물쇠의 개량에 관한 것이다. 자물쇠의 가장 큰 이상은 소정의 열쇠가 아니면 열리지 않아야 한다는데 있다. 그러나 열쇠가 아니더라도 전문가는 특수한 도구로서 비교적 손쉽게 자물쇠를 열수 있었던바 그리하여 그러한 도구로도 열기가 곤란하도록 하는데 기술의 역점이 두어졌다. 평평면에 조정홈을 형성시키고 이에 대응하도록 자물쇠에 괘가핀을 장치하는 것도 이러한 맥박에 있다. 이와 같이 열쇠의 편평면에 조정홈을 형성시키고 괘가핀이 조정홈쪽으로 작동이 되면 이제는 좁다란 높이(열쇠두께)내에서 그 특수한 도구를 사용하여야 하므로 열쇠의 해정이 극히 곤란하게 되었다. 그런데 이와 같은 편평면열쇠의 경우에는 열쇠의 두께가 작으므로 조정홈의 깊이를 다양하게 할수 없었으며 따라서 열쇠의 분류가 적어 대형 아파트와 같은 경우에는 이웃집의 열쇠가 내집 자물쇠에도 맞는 경우가 있을 수 있어, 신뢰성이 적은 결점이 있었던 것이다. 이에 본 고안은 열쇠의 측면부에도 괘지구를 설치하므로서 종류가 다양한 열쇠를 제조할 수 있게 한 것인바 이를 첨부된 도면에 의하여 설명하면 다음과 같다. 자물쇠의 실린더(1)내에 회전통(2)이 장치되고 실린더(1)와 회전통(2)에 걸쳐 괘가핀(3)(3')및 스프링(4)이 장치되며 이러한 괘가핀장치가 회전통(2)의 열쇠 삽입공(5)의 가로방향(열쇠의 편평면 방향)에 직교되게 설치한 통상의 것에 있어서, 실린더(1)의 내주면에 길이방향으로 장홈(6)을 형성시킨다. 장홈(6)은 횡단면으로 보아 제3도에 도시된 바와 같이 둥근원호 모양을 이루게 한다.The present invention relates to an improvement of a lock in which adjustment flaws are formed on a flat surface of a key.
