본 고안은 담배를 흡연시 담배연기속에 함유되어 있는 인체에 해독을 주는 끈적끈적한 점성물인 니코틴 타르를 매우 효율적으로 제거시킬 수 있도록한 니코틴 타르 제거 필터에 관한 것이다.
담배 연기속에 함유된 니코틴 타르의 입자는 매우 미세하므로 무수한 기공으로 형성된 종래의 섬유질 필터를 용이하게 통과하게 되었다.
따라서 흡연자는 많은 량의 니코틴 타르를 체내로 흡입하게 되므로 인하여 인체의 기능에 이상을 초래하게 되었다.
본 고안은 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 양측에 집연실과 집연실의 입구와 출구 사이에 긴 나선상의 안내통로를 형성한 합성수지제의 응집관을 기존 섬유질의 필터 사이에 개재시켜 1차 필터를 거친 담배연기는 일단 일측 집연실에 집연된 후 긴 나선상의 안내통로를 거치게 하여 대부분의 니코틴 타르를 제거시킨 다음 다시 2차 필터를 통과케하여 담배연기속에 미세입자로 함유되어 있는 점성의 니코틴 타르를 덩어리로 응집제거 시킬 수 있도록 하므로서 인체에 매우 유해한 니코틴 타르의 제거효율을 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 니코틴 타르 제거 필터를 안출하게 된 것인게 이를 첨부 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
권연(1)의 일측에 필터(2)(3)를 필터 권지(5)로 고정시킨 것에 있어서, 필터(2)(3)의 사이에 집연실(401)(402)이 형성되고 집연실(401)의 출구(401')와 돌륜(403)을 형성한 집연실(402)의 입구(402') 사이에는 긴 안내통러(404)를 나선상으로 요입시켜서 된 합성수지제의 응집관(4)를 개재시켜서 된 것이다.
미설명 부호 6은 니코틴 타르 덩어리이다.
이와 같이된 본 고안은 작용효과를 설명하면 흡출되는 담배연기는 필터(2)를 1차로 거쳐 집연실(401)에 집연된 후 출구(401')및 나선상의 긴 안내 통로(404)와 집연실(402)를 거쳐 필터(3)를 2차로 거쳐 인체내로 흡입되어지게 되는 것인데 필터(2)와 접한 응집관(4)측에는 집연실(401)이 형성되었으므로 흡입력은 필터(2)에 고루 가해지게 되어 담배연기는 필터(2) 전체면에 걸쳐 균일하게 고루 통과하여 집연실(401)에 집연된 후 출구(401')를 통하여 나선상으로 요입된 기 안내통로(404)를 거치면서 안내통로(404)면에 담배연기속에 함유된 니코틴 타르는 묻게 되므로 그 만큼 니코틴 타르의 많은 량이 제거된다 하겠으며 또한 긴 안내통로(404)를 거치면서 응집된 담배연기속의 끈적끈적한 니코틴 타르는 좁은 입구(402')를 통과함과 동시에 돌륜(403)에 덩어리로 걸려 제거되어지게 되고 연기는 입구(402')로 유출됨과 동시에 순간적으로 넓게 형성된 집연실(402)에 분산되어 고르게 퍼져 필터(3)를 통과케 되므로 집연실(402)과 접한 필터(3)면에 니코틴 타르 덩어리가 부착되므로 인한 담배연기가 필터(3)를 고루 통과하지 못하게 될 염려가 없게 되어 약한 흡입력으로 흡입할 수 있음은 물론 니코틴 타르의 제거효율 또한 향상케 되는 것이다.
이와 같은 본 고안은 필터(2)와 필터(3) 사이에 니코틴 타르 제거효율이 우수하게 발휘되는 매우 합리적인 구조로 구성한 응집관(4)에 개재시켜서 된 것이므로 니코틴 타르의 제거효율을 종래의 필터에 비하여 보다 배가로 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.

  1. 권연(1)의 일측에 필터(2)(3)를 필터권지(5)로 고정시킨 것에 있어서 필터(2)(3)의 사이에 집연실(401)(402)이 형성되고 집연실(401)의 출구(401')와 돌륜(403)을 형성한 집연실(402)의 입구(402')사이에는 긴 안내통로(404)를 나선상으로 요입시켜서 된 합성수지체의 응집관(4)을 개재시켜서 된 니코틴 타르 제거필터.
