IC 팬 히터(Fan Heater)용 솔레노이드 밸브(Solenoid Valve)의 내부 누설 시험장치
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 사시도,
제2도의 (가), (나) 및 (다)는 본 발명의 작동상태를 나타낸 평면도로서, (가)는 시험할 솔레노이드를 취부 또는 인출시킬 때를 나타낸 것이고, (나)는 상기 (가)의 상태에서 슬라이더가 취부된 솔레노이드 밸브의 위치로 이송된 상태를 나타낸 것이며, (다)는 상기 (나)의 상태에서 후방의 실린더에 의해 솔레노이드가 고정되어 시험할 수 있는 상태로 된것을 나타낸것임,
제3도는 제2도의 (다)의 A-A선 단면도로서 잔동상태를 나타낸것임,
제4도는 제2도의 (다)의 B-B선 단면도로서 작동상태를 나타낸 것임.

Claims (4)

  1. 테이블(1) 상면에 콘트롤 박스(2) 및 기대(3)를 장설하되, 기대(3)에는 후방에 실린더(4) 및 실린더 로드(5) 단부에 가이드 플레이트(6)에 삽설되어 슬라이딩되게 한 수개의 슬라이더(7)를 가진 슬라이더 고정판(8)을 장설하고, 전방에는 상기 슬라이드(7)에 일치되도록 지지구(10)를 장설한 지지대(11) 및 이 지지대(11)를 고착하며, 또 슬라이더 지지구(14)에서 실린더(13)에 의해 슬라이딩되도록 한 슬라이더(12)를 장설하고, 에어배출호스(21) 단부에 물을 담은 수조(25)를 재치하여 구성된 IC팬 히터용 솔레노이브 밸브의 내부 누설 시험방지.
  2. 제1항에 있이서, 슬라이더(7)에는 니들공, 에어주입공(17) 및 기밀누설 방지용 링(27)을 장설하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 IC 팬히터용 솔레노이드 밸브의 내부 누설 시험방지.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 지지구(10)에는 기밀누설 방지용 링(19)과 에어배출공(20) 및 에어 배출호스(21)를 가진 니블(12)를 나합시켜서된 IC팬 히터용 솔레노이드 밸브의 내부 누설 시험방지.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 지지대(11)에는 전방에 호스 삽입공(23)을 가진 호스 지지간(24)을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 IC 팬 히터용 솔레노이드 밸브의 내부 누설 시험장치.
