본 고안은 각종 전자기기나 전자제품등에 사용되는 고압트랜스용 보빈의 구조에 관한 것으로, 많은 량의 코일을 권선하는 고압트랸스용 보빈 본체를 구성할 때 합성수지재등의 절연재로서 여러개의 권선부를 구획 형성하도록 보빈 본체의 외주연에 여러개의 슬리트(slit)를 일체로 형성하고, 각 슬리트에는 권선 안내용 절결홈을 형성하되 각 슬리트마다 교호로 상호 대향되는 쪽의 외주연에 절결홈을 형성하였으며, 보빈본체의 중심부에 형성된 코어 삽입용 통공에는 절연관을 삽입 착설하여서 되는 것이다.The present invention relates to the structure of bobbins for high voltage transformers used in various electronic devices and electronic products, and when forming a bobbin body for high voltage transformers winding a large amount of coils, a plurality of winding sections are formed as insulation materials such as synthetic resin materials. 종래에는 고압트랜스용 보빈을 형성할 때 일반적으로 외주연을 원기둥형이나 사각기둥형등의 단순한 구조로 형성하여서 그 외주연에 코일을 권선하였던 것으로, 코일을 권선하면서 중간 중간에 절연지를 감싼후 다시 코일을 권선하는 작업을 여러회 반복하였기 때문에 보빈에 코일을 권선하는 작업이 매우 복잡하였고, 작업시간도 많이 소요되었으며 작업능률도 저하되었을 뿐만 아니라, 많은 량의 절연지가 소모되어 트랜스의 제조원가를 상승하는 요인이 되었고, 많은 량의 절연지를 사용하므로서 트랜스의 부피 및 무게의 증가로 인하여 제품의 소형화 및 경량화 추진작업에 많은 어려움이 있었던 것이다.Conventionally, when forming a bobbin for a high-voltage transformer, the outer periphery is generally formed in a simple structure such as a cylindrical or square column, and the coil is wound around the outer periphery.
