본 고안은 가정용 분무기에 관한 것으로 물을 연속적으로 분출하여 분무를 고르게 하기 위해 고안한 것으로, 종래 분무기로는 미국 특허 제 3,701,478호와 같은 고안이 있으나, 이것은 펌프의 작동과 동시에 펌프압력으로 분사되는 것이었다.
그래서 분무되는 액체가 단속이 있어 피분사체에 물이 고르게 품어지지 못하는 단점이 있었다.
본 고안은 이와 같은 결점을 해결하기 위하여 고안한 것으로 도면에 따라 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
상단을 피스톤 펌프(1)와 분사구(19)로 형성되고 병뚜껑(17)이 유설되어 있으며, 상부는 흡입관(10)이 삽설되고 책밸브(4)가 내설되며, 외부에 배출관(9)이 일체로 압축실(5)이 형성되고 중간부에 환턱(8)이 형성되고, 하부에는 각형과 통공(6)이 형성된 나사부(7)를 형성한 압축기(3)의 환턱(8) 하면에 압축탱크(2)의 하단환턱(8')와 상면이 맞닿게 하여 압축기(3)의 압축실(5)이 압축탱크(2)에 내설되게 하고, 결착나사(11)를 나사부(7)에 나착 압축시켜 압축탱크(2)가 환턱(8)에 압착되게 하고, 책밸브(12)를 나사부(7)에 나착하고, 압축탱크(2) 상면이 공간부(15)의 하부 주연에 형성된 환턱(16)에 밀착되게 하고 흡입관(10)과 배출관(9)을 피스톤 펌프(1)와 분사구(19)와 공간부(15)에서 연결시켜 병뚜껑(17)을 병(18)에 나착하여 된 것으로,그 작용 효과를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
병(18)내부에 액체를 수장하고 피스톤 펌프(1)와 핸들(13)을 압축시켰다 놓으면 병(18)와 액체가 책밸브(12)의 통공(6)을 통해 압축실(5)에 차게되고, 핸들(13)를 다시 압측시키게 되면 압축실(5)의 액체가 다시 압축되어 책밸브(4)를 통해 압축탱크(2)로 들어가게 된다.
그러나 병(18)으로는 책밸브(12)로 인해 다시 되돌아 가지는 않는다.
이와같은 작용을 반복하면 병(18)의 액체가 압축탱크(2)에 차게되고, 압축탱크(2)의 압력은 게속 올라가게 된다.
이때 밸브(14)를 열게 되면 액체는 액체는 배출관(9)을 타고 분시구(19)로 분사된다.
이와같이 된 본 고안은 밸브를 잠근 상태에서 분무기의 압축 탱크를 압축시켜두고, 사용시 밸브를 열면 분무기는 액체가 계속 고른 힘으로 분무되어 피사체에 고르게 분무할 수 있는 유용한 고안인 것이다.
Claims (1)
- 피스톤 펌프(1)에 의해 물을 분사하는 분무기에 있어서, 피스톤 펌프(1)에 연결되는 흡입관(10)이 삽설되고 책밸브(4)를 착설하고 배출관(9)이 외설된 압축실(5)의 하단에 각형 통공(6)이 내설된 숫나사부(7)를 일체로 한 압축기(3)를 형성하여 압축실(5)이 내장되게 압축기(3)상부에 압축탱크(2)를 외삽하고, 숫나사부(7)에 책밸브(12)를 나착한 분무기.
