Abstract

Waste EVA pref. of powder of 50-200 wt. parts is added to 100 wt. parts rubber, rolled and vulcanized for forming. The sole produced is lighter than the rubber sole and is easy to apply adhesive for bonding the intermediate sole and redeces production costs. The reuse of waste EVA is advantageous.

고무에 배합하는 EVA량은 원료인 고무의 재질에 따라 다르게 되는데 원료고무의 재질이 고급일수록 EVA 분말을 다량 첨가할 수 있으며 폐고무를 원료로 할 경우에는 폐고무에 이미 중량제가 혼가되어 있을터이므로 EVA 분말의 첨가량은 감소될 수 밖에 없는데 폐고무의 경우에도 폐고무 100부량에 대하여 최소한 50부량을 첨가하여 신발창을 제조할 수 있다. 그런데 종래에는 신발창 기타의 물건을 제조하고 남은 자투리 EVA 괴체는 거의 쓸모가 없으므로 이의 처리가 커다란 문제로 대두되었던 것이다. 그리하여 이와같은 EVA 자투리가 많은 경우에는 보일러등의 연료로 사용키도 하나 그 매연이 독하여 연료사용에도 문제가 있으며 그렇다고 이를 폐기하게 되더라도 이것은 부패되지도 아니하여 공해문제를 야기하였던 것이다.The amount of EVA compounded in the rubber varies depending on the material of the rubber, which is the raw material.The higher the material of the raw rubber, the higher the amount of EVA powder can be added.When the waste rubber is used as a raw material, the weight of the rubber is already mixed.
