본 고안은 송풍기의 증발기(Evaporator)를 이용한 소형 버스용 냉방장치에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a small bus air conditioner using an evaporator of a blower.

통상 소형버스 즉 미니버스의 냉방기구(이하 쿨링 유닛트라 한다.)는 차체의 높이상 뒷좌석 상부에 버스의 길이방향과 직각으로 설치되는데 케이스의 흡입구쪽에 송풍기가 위치하고 냉풍 분출 닥트의 분출구 상에 증발기가 설치됨으로써 증발기의 효율을 높이기 위해서는 증발기 전면에 흡입공기를 골고루 분산통과 시켜야 하므로 송풍기와 증발기와의 거리는 어느 일정한계 이하로 좁힐 수 없어 전체적인 길이가 길어져서 버스 차체 후부의 분출 닥트 내로 장설시키지 못하고 부득이 천장 윗쪽으로 수납부를 돌출 형성시켜야 하고, 전체 길이상 뒷좌석 상부의 머리 공간부에 까지 침해하는 것을 막을 수 없었다.In general, the cooling mechanism (hereinafter referred to as cooling unit) of a minibus, or minibus, is installed at the top of the rear seat at the height of the body at right angles to the longitudinal direction of the bus.
