Claims (2)

  1. 안내 장치상에 설치된 클램프 장치로 띠형 재료의 선단 양측 주위를 소정의 클램프 쪽으로 끼워둔 상태에서 안내 장치와 함께 클램프 장치를 감는 드럼의 감는 면 근방까지 이동시켜, 그리고 상기 띠형 재료 선단을 진퇴 가능한 선단 압착봉에 의해 감는 드럼의 감는 면에 압착하며, 이 상태로 감는 드럼의 회전에 의해 후방의 안내 장치로 안내되면서 순차로 송출되는 띠형 재료를 소정권수 감아, 감기 종료후. 클램프 장치를 그대로의 상태로 안내 장치를 후퇴시켜, 상기 띠형 재료의 소정위치를 절단 장치에 의해 절단하며, 절단 종료와 동시에 띠형 재료의 단말 부분을 진퇴 자유로운 누름핀으로 감는 드럼에 압착시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 띠형 재료의 자동공급, 절단방법.
  2. 감는 드럼의 감는면에 대해 접근, 이탈이 가능하게 설치된 안내 장치 위에 공급되어오는 띠형 재료의 선단 양측주위를 소정의 클램프 폭에 의해 끼워둠과 동시에 선단 부착시에 띠형 재료를 안내하는 클램프 장치를 설치하며, 상기 클램프 장치 상하의 적어도 한쪽에 클램프 장치에 의해 끼워둠 되어 있는 띠형 재료의 선단을 감는 드럼의 감는 면에 압착하는 진퇴 가능한 선단 압축봉을 설치하고, 상기 클램프 장치 상부에는 감는 드럼에 감긴 띠형 재료를 절단하는 절단 장치를 설치하며, 상기 절단 장치 상부에 상기 절단 장치에 의해 절단된 띠형 재료의 단말부분을 감는 드럼의 감는 면에 압착하게 하는 진퇴 자유로운 누름판을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 띠형 재료의 자동 공급, 절단장치.
