본 고안은 금형 내의 재료를 압축공기압으로 팽출시켜 성형하는 몰드금형의 성형품 공기 주입구 밀폐 장치에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a molded article air inlet closure device of a mold mold for expanding and molding the material in the mold with compressed air pressure.
몰드 금형에 의하여 내부에 공기가 충입되게 성형품을 성형시키고자 할 때는 성형품이 냉각된 상태에서는 성형품의 공기 주입구도 냉각되어 붙지 않게 됨으로 이의 밀폐효율을 높이기 위해서는 성형품이 금형 내에서 성형됨과 동시 냉각되기 직전에 성형품의 공기 주입구를 밀폐시켜 줌이 바람직하다 하겠는데 아직까지 이에 만족할 만한 금형장치가 인출된 바 없어 내부에 공기를 충입 성형하는 몰드 금형의 성형품 제조에 많은 어려움이 따르게 되었다.When molding a molded product so that air is filled in by the mold die, the air inlet of the molded product is not cooled and adhered while the molded product is cooled. 이와 같이 된 본 고안은 양 금형(1)(2)의 성형홈(1')(2') 내에다 성형 재료를 내입한 다음 금형(2)의 공기유입구멍(201)을 통하여 압축공기를 유입하여 튜우브형의 성형품(7)을 성형시키게 됨은 주지인바, 이의 몰드 성형 과정에서 내부에 공기를 충입시킨 성형품(7)을 성형코자 할 때는 본원은 외부에 노출된 작동구(3)의 단부를 제2도 (b)와 같이 압압하게 되면 금형(1) 내의 작동구(3)의 단부는 이동되어 공기 주입구(7')를 서로 압접시켜 밀폐시키게 되며 작동구(3)의 압압력을 해제하면 작동구(3)는 스프링(4)의 탄발력에 의하여 제2a도의 원상태로 복귀하게 되는 것이다.In this way, the present invention inserts the molding material into the forming grooves 1 'and 2' of both molds 1 and 2, and then introduces compressed air through the air inlet hole 201 of the mold 2.
